伊里歐瓦西里瑪套房飯店(Iliovasilema Hotel & Suites)

Un très mauvais souvenir pour ce séjour.La prestation fournie est très décevante pour le prix.La chambre étant située à côté de la cuisine avec de nombreux va et viens une partie de la nuit,un appel de la réception au milieu de la nuit,le bruit indécent du mini bar,la télévision hors service,la table de la terrasse inaccessible pour deux personnes,les plantes d’ornement desséchées.Un bon conseil éviter cet établissement.

Nous revenons de cet hôtel intimiste qui nous a séduit en tous points. Si j’ai un conseil à vous donner, en lisant les commentaires précédents, j’ai demandé à avoir une chambre à l’écart du passage et notre choix a été respecté: chambre avec jacuzzi (5). Le personnel est très attentif à ses clients, l’accueil est personnalisé, tout le monde est fort sympathique mais discret. La chambre est belle, il manque des rangements et la salle de bain est petite. La vue est juste époustouflante, et regarder le sunset de la terrasse est impressionnant. La piscine, les transats, les draps de bain:tout est là pour un séjour réussi. Le petit dej est top aussi! En bref, je recommande.

We were so amazed with the hotel accommodations and the most courteous staff! Traveling with my friends, the staff were amazing catering to our needs and their delivery was right on! Manos, Cleopatra and all the hotel staff were ready help out, from arriving in Santorini to all the excursions. The Renieris group catamaran cruise and private wine tour, were amazing. We made great memories!!

Wow!!! What a fantastic week we have had at the Iliovasilema Suites. The hotel and the staff have just been fantastic from start to finish. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and we had the same view of the Caldera from our balcony. Perfect views of the sunset! It was beautiful! The room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast also very good. I would like to give a special shout-out to Cleopatra, Lefterris and Costas who made our stay extra special. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so welcoming. Cleopatra brought a smile to our faces everyday. Thank you for such a wonderful week, we will definitely be returning very soon.

We have just stayed at the Iliovaselima Suites and had the most amazing stay there. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was lovely and kept spotlessly clean. The view from our balcony was simply stunning. The best view I’ve ever experienced! Going to Oia for the sunset views is spectacular but it was just as special from our balcony. The hotel is ideally placed in between Fira and Oia with a square at the top with lots of lovely restaurants. The staff are all marvellous and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay extra special. Cleopatra was so warm and friendly and always eager to help. The sunset catamaran trip is a must and highly recommended . I had the best 60th Birthday on that day! Precious memories made in Santorini and I would go back to this Hotel in a heartbeat My sister has already booked for next year after seeing all the pictures!

Great hotel with Amazing views! The friendliest hotel staff ever all of them are simply AMAZING! From front desk to the chef to the bartender all are going out of their way to accommodate us! The room was great clean and the views spectacular! I suggest iliovasilema suites to everyone!

Nous y avons séjourné pendant 5 jours. Vue imprenable. Des hôtes et professionnels qui nous ont reçu et conseillé avec autant d’amabilité que de disponibilité. Monsieur Manos, Cleopatra, et toutes les personnes affectées au service sont agréables, souriantes et bienveillantes. Quant aux Avis relatifs aux bruits de la réception et de la cuisine, c’est certain que si vous chercher un endroit insonorisé, isolé et sans vie, il faut aller ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et très apprécié ! À faire sans hésiter et nous y retournerons sans réfléchir à deux fois !

Visto i prezzi che arrivano anche a 650-700 euro a notte e punteggio su vari canali di prenotazione pensavamo che questo posto sarebbe stato impeccabile. Avendo prenotato direttamente con loro ci hanno offerto una suite con vista per 400 euro a notte per 6 notti, per un totale di €2400. Avevamo richiesto un check-in anticipato anche a pagamento e con tristezza abbiamo notato che il manager del hotel non ci e voluto venire incontro per darci una stanza il prima possibile anche se la notte che siamo arrivati c’era disponibilità sia sul loro sito che su Booking. La notte che siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto di stare in una stanza con 2 divani e ti e aria condizionata, certo di può stare lì per qualche ora ma di certo non a lungo. Con grande insistenza ci hanno dato la stanza alle 13:30 perché il check-out era alle 11 e servivano 2h e mezza per pulire la stanza … in allegato ci sono le foto della stanza pulita e perché ci sono volute 2h e mezza. Vista la stanza che di bello aveva solo la vista abbiamo deciso di soggiornare solo per le 3 notti che avevamo pagato come anticipo. Spiegando la situazione al manager invece di scusarsi si era molto irritato, che ci ha concesso di andare via dopo 3 notti solo dopo averli mostrato foto della stanza sporca e spiegando che non vale i soldi . Non sappiamo come sono le altre stanze ma la nostra anche se aveva la vista stupenda dentro era pessima. Frigorifero vicino al letto che faceva rumore , aria condizionata rumorosa la notte, letto abbastanza scomodo e cuscini delle sedie fuori sporchissime, per non parlare delle condizioni del bagno. Non vedevamo l’ora di andare via sinceramente, ho messo 2 pallini solo per la vista.
