火山口元素套房旅館(Elements of Caldera Suites)

We travelled for about two weeks before we arrived at Elements of Caldera Suites. It was without a doubt the most enjoyable part of our vacation. The room was impeccable, the staff were amazing and most helpful and the breakfast was to die for. We plan to go back soon probably with my sister who's a world traveler and after our stay is excited to enjoy the ambiance, the serenity and the restfulness one experiences there. My wife and I both having nothing negative to say, only kudos for how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Elements of Caldera.

The best hotel we could have stayed in while visiting Santorini the view is amazing the staff are amazing and helpful. They clean the rooms perfectly every day and the food was just as amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better staff and hotel while in Santorini. I will be dreaming of our next time visiting!! The location isn’t where it’s overly populated which is what we were looking for. Will be back!

Wow! What a hotel! I cannot write a negative comment about Elements of Caldera. The rooms, the view, the pool, the food and all staff are just perfect. We were expecting our holiday to be something special but was still blown away by this hotel - it ticked every box. Cannot wait to return.

Fantastic location ,the views were exceptional .The suite we had was perfect with an outside jacuzzi and lounge area overlooking the caldera. Cleanliness was top notch as were the staff in all depar**ents . Very quiet around the pool even when the hotel is full . Breakfast was delicious ,we had it outside the restaurant overlooking the bay, what a view 👍 Chef and waiters were great fun, efficient and friendly . The meals we had were delicious. Reception will help to find various restaurants some will provide free pick ups and drop offs . Overall a very chilling and enjoyable holiday.

The place is perfect for a quiet, comfortable stay. Beautifully maintained, with discreet byt helpful staff. Pool and the area around it is spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The location is good with nice views but it is good walk into the village abd quite hazadous unless you find your way along the backstreets which is really quaint. There are some nice places to eat if you can manage the walk. Had a good night at Theofanis restaurant with live music and plate smashing. For late night food Akrothini was, ideal, great value, good food and service with a smile. Definitely recommend Elements of Caldera suites.

Just returned home after a holiday staying at Elements of Caldera, the hotel and staff are as good as the reviews suggest!! Location is beautifully quiet, views are exceptional, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, restaurant food very good (try the steak), rooms spacious and ensuite shower (for two!) enormous. Breakfast delivered to your room every day if you wish, great selection of cold and hot food, healthy and not so, its your choice. Pool, rooms and all surroundings spotlessly clean. The hotel itself has twelve suites, there's plenty of space and a lot of the time it feels like you're the only people there, no rushing, no sunbed reserving, just really chilled a**osphere. Overall a fabulous hotel, book and you won't be disappointed. The only thing I found challenging was paying for the room initially as the hotel can't process all UK credit card payments. A payment directly to the owners account was a little unusual but all okay eventually - that's not a negative for the hotel but something for the reservations team to work on.

We stayed here in May following lots of research. We decided on Akrotiri as opposed to the busier areas around the capital. Elements of Caldera is a 12 suite establishment where opulence with a personal touch is standard. We opted for suite 7 which was a deluxe suite with a private pool. The room had everything you could imagine and was very tastefully decorated, with polished concrete in the bathroom which was stunning. The staff which at the time numbered 4 full time were like a family, helping each other out when required and working above and beyond. Dianna and Hara on reception were like a mother and daughter act and regularly visited us in our suite to find out if we needed anything. Marius 1 was responsible for the restaurant and bar and Marius 2 the grounds and terrace areas. Both were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Marius 2 could hear a petal fall from a plant at 100 metres and would come and clean up with his dustpan and brush. This typifies the attention to detail and the pride all the staff have. Top tip, having priced up a package deal with TUI, the flights were late evening and we didn’t want this, we therefore booked directly with the hotel and our earlier flights with easyJet, we upgraded our room option and this was still cheaper than the TUI package. We booked a fiat 500:convertible from the airport which is a pleasant 20 minute drive to the Elements. We were greeted by Dianna who gave us a guided tour of this beautiful place, followed by our complimentary fruit platter and a bottle of chilled Greek white wine, which was delightful and well received. A perfect start to our holiday. Locally there are afew local family run Greek tavernas. We ate in most of them. Taverna Aelos and The Good Heart are both welcoming and serve locally sourced produce. Would recommend a car or a quad, as we were able to venture out during the day to the lovely beaches and other resorts, returning later to our special tranquil retreat. We can not recommend this place highly enough, go on book it, you will not be disappointed.

These two have made our stay so special, they were fun, outgoing, approachable, kind and provided amazing hospitality throughout our duration. It truly felt myself and my friend made two extra friends for the week. The hotel is incredible, the views, the food, the room, JUST EVERYTHING is faultless. Between myself and my friend there was not one bad thing we could say. This is a hidden boutique gem that needs to be explored by everyone. Quarto com apenas uma abertura, para um local onde constantemente passam outros hóspedes e funcionários. Para ter privacidade, tem que estar com tudo fechado. A jacuzzi privativa não dispõe de qualquer privacidade. A comida no restaurante é intragável, com pessoal amador e despreparado. O pequeno almoço é horrível, com produtos ruins, sem pães frescos, tudo servido em bandejas sujas, lenta e irritantemente, num sistema incompreensível. Este alojamento, literalmente, arruinou a minha estada em Santorini. Tentaram me cobrar 210 euros para um late check-out de 2 horas, quando no site a diária inteira era anunciada a menos de 200 euros. Nem vou qualificar o que isto representa ...
