安託佩拉豪華水療飯店(Antoperla Luxury Hotel & Spa)

Sicuramente non una struttura 5 stelle. L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori la stanza assegnataci risultava totalmente sprovvista di tutto dai profotti da bagno all'acqua nel frigo. Pare che gli ospiti precedenti si fossero portati le chiavi e quindi la porta è rimasta aperta fino al nostro arrivo avvenuto alle 22 ora locale, la persona della reception non si è curata di verificare che fosse tutto a posto. Solo il giorno di partenza parlando con altri ospiti abbiamo appreso poi di avere diritto a degli sconti presdo ristoranti. Ottimo il personale della Spa sempre sorridenti e disponibile. Efficaci e molto professionali anche i massaggi .

Un très bel hôtel, parfaitement bien situé au bord de la mer (pas de vue mer!!). Les chambres sont belles mais attention vous pouvez avoir un jacuzzi oué une petite ois une… nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir une piscine privée malgré ma demande ! Le ménage est correct, le petit dej également et compris dans le prix ! Le rapport qualité prix est un peu en deçà de ce à quoi je m’attendais mais vous passerez un très agréable séjour !

La chambre avec piscine privée est magnifique Le personnel adorable et très disponible, une mention spéciale à Maria qui a été très gentille et très professionnelle. L’emplacement de l’hôtel et la présence d’un frigo dans les chambres sont un plus. Le nettoyage et changement dès serviettes sont journaliers et rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l hôtel Antoperla, l hotel est magnifique, idéalement situé pour la plage ou sortir le soir. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres propres. Le petit-déjeuner et le snack du midi sont bons, il y a du choix. Au niveau des infrastructures nous avons essayé la salle de sport et le spa : la partie hamman ,sauna et jacuzzi top, côté massage le seul bemol que nous pouvons indiquer est que la musique est trop forte avec des musiques non adaptées au massage et à la détente. Un grand merci à l ensemble du personnel qui est toujours souriant et à l'ecoute, et un merci spécial à Maria à l'accueil qui se plie en 4 pour ses clients

We had an amazing 5 day/4 night stay at Antoperla in July. We were greeted by receptionist, Maria, who helped us arrange all of our excursions, dining reservations, and transportation the entire time we were there. We literally did not have to lift a finger or book anything. This hotel really does deliver 5-star service. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We were just half a city block from the ocean which had plenty of restaurants and beach to enjoy. The city of Perissa is quaint and also had lots of dining and bar options. We never felt unsafe walking at night. We received an upgraded room from our original hot tub room to a 2-story suite with a private pool which was great! The pool is not tiny and is about 12 feet, but did not offer a view, but this didn’t matter to me as I prefer privacy. The bar staff was phenomenal and Timos and Raphael deserve recognition for being great hosts! We were also tended to by Rula at reception who was also nice. The beds were not 5-star comfortable, but I still slept well. The room was clean and housekeeping was always available. I really didn’t have anything to complain about but if I were to offer any feedback it would be include an actual coffee maker in the room instead of a hot water pot with instant coffee options as the coffee drinkers in my party were not a fan. The breakfast was very good and available until 11am which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning! Thank you, Antoperla and staff!

The property appeared to be right on Perissa beach looking at the water from its website. Long walk to the beach, no view at all, lounge chairs were built-in and flat and could not recline, not enough umbrellas and chairs by the pool for all guests. and very limited staff. Not a a five star hotel. The massage was awesome at the spa and the front desk were prompt and accomondating in booking car transfers.

Amazing hotel, from the breakfast to the nice relaxing main pool. Friendly & helpful staff especially the bar tender Raphael 10/10 service from him, made us feel comfortable. Hotel is close to the beach, restaurant and small supermarkets.

Overall it was a nice stay at Antoperla. The only problem was the jet tub was super cold. My family and I were expecting it to be warm and cozy but didn’t happen. Otherwise staffs are friendly and tries their best to make us happy.
