Quel bonheur !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Le personnel est aux PE-TITS soins. Le service est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est sans aucune hésitation le meilleur de tout notre séjour en Sicile. La piscine est très agréable. Il y a énormément de transats. Bref. Parfait !

Hotellet burde have 5 stjerner - alt var perfekt og alt personale stod på pinde for at give os en god oplevelse. Pool området var perfekt både til børn og dårligt gående. Eneste anke er at det er meget kuperet at gå til og fra byen / stranden. Der står i ********* at hotellet giver fri mineralvand i flaske. Det gør de dog ikke. Vi valgte at gå ned til byen / stranden og tage en taxa hjem om aftenen (10 euro). Det fungerede fint. Dejlig restaurant på hotellet og ikke meget dyrere end i byen. Frokosten måtte gerne have haft mere simple og billigere tilbud. Området ved hotellet er utrolig flot og gennemført smagfuldt.

It was a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. In 10 minutes you walk to the beach or take the Shuttle. There is only one but, and thats a hard bed. It was not really comfortable. Furtherrest nice swimmingpool and good dinner.

The rooms were average. I property was nice with nice pool area. Dining was nice around pool for lunch & at night with live music. The front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating except for one woman. One male front desk person was very rude. Not providing a good first impression for the hotel.

5 nuits en chambre double supérieure.Que ce soit l’accueil, les conseils, le service à table, navette, la propreté très bon service. Bel établissement dans son ensemble piscine et plage privée très bien. Chambre taille suffisante et confortable en revanche sdb peut mieux faire et la climatisation par le sol c’est certes silencieux mais très humide. Il faut compter 20 minutes à pied pour le centre historique

Everything was wonderful, the service was amazing. The property was immaculate. My only issue was that they don't advise people to take a taxi. I am traveller so I would naturally walk, but it is a steep uphill climb, thus I suggest a taxi from the train station.

The property is great - and particularly the pool area (surrounded by trees - and lots of sun/shade, as required) Breakfast was superb - hot things kept hot and cold things kept cold. The location is not so convenient for getting into town - we walked back (uphill) and regretted it very much. Staff were excellent. Only problem was the the a/c in the room. We asked for it to be checked as it really wasn't working well at all. It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue. It really was uncomfortably hot (and humid) in the room all night

The property is immaculate and kept in beautiful shape. What a great getaway from old town cefalu and yet so close. The staff from the front desk reception to our shuttle driver went over and above. A big thank you to Rosana and Antonio and the management team . We will be back !!
