"casa Peggy", 2-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2025, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
