卡薩那姆飯店(Casa Naemie)

A localização é muito boa, fica numa região central onde vocês faz tudo a pé. Fomos colocado no apartamento número 02, horrível, todo barulho da cozinha e de quem desce dos apartamentos que ficam no andar de cima, você escuta tudo. O quarto também não tinha aparência boa, parecia sujo. A cama muito ruim, quem tem problema de coluna é o fim. Eu não sei como são os quartos na parte de cima, mas se forem ficar nesse hotel corram do apartamento 02. Pra completar o ar condicionado parou na temperatura 24 e o controle remoto não diminuia a temperatura, pedimos outro controle e não tinha. Passamos calor. Não sei se voltaria nesse hotel. A localização é boa, mas a experiência desse quarto 02 não foi das melhores, e olha que não tenho muita besteira com hotel.

Unfortunately I have to give this 3 stars. The staff was super friendly and welcoming but the room was dirty. When I opened the door there was already hair or dirt on the floor. The bed sheets looked like they had ketchup stains on them. One of the pillows smelt like body odor. The other pillow smelt fresh. Not sure if they actually cleaned thrse sheets properly before I came. The little rug in the room had food bits in it. The head board had what looked like cigarette ash. After my first night as I was walking down to breakfast the staff asked if I would like my room cleaned. I said yes. And I saw the maid cleaning and replacing other rooms. So it's not a lack of desire to please, just a lack of execution. When I walked back into my room the cigarette ash was wiped off the head board from the previous night but i found it on the bed sheet. The room also has a smell of sewer in this one spot. It's not in the bathroom but in the area between the bathroom and entrance door. I think it comes from the AC unit but not sure, anyhow the smell though strong for some reason only lingered in one area. The room itself was very cozy. The AC strong. A balcony that fit two chairs and a table. It's located on a quiet street but still just a minute from the central square. I actually had a good night's rest were it not for the dirty pillow case and floor. If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep for one night in a good location and dont mind the dirtiness factor I would recommend. But anything after one night I can't recommend.

This second group seemed entirely disinterested in their job and didn’t care to help customers with anything (like providing tourists with information about restaurants, ATMs, or directions). This hotel completely did not respond to messages or emails, and I had to call them long-distance to arrange my airport transfer, which cost more than double what an Uber did. Check-in took 30 minutes, which is unacceptable, and the insistence that the bill be paid in cash when they had a card-reader smelled of untoward behavior. The location is safe, but was super loud at night due to proximity to night clubs. My ears were ringing. I would not recommend a stay here unless poor service and partying in the historic colonial zone are priorities.

Very nice, a bit old fashioned, hotel on a quiet street in Zona Colonial close to all important sights. Friendly staff preparing good breakfasts to order. Clean room, good wifi. Comfortable roof terrace.

I have stayed many times at Casa Naemie. Its a comfortable no frills hotel . The beds are excellent. It has aircon or ceiling fans. I hate aircon. So I use the fans. Perfect. I love thebreakfast. Best coffee and scrambled eggs in the Colonial Zone.

The hotel was charming and mostly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived late the first night and was not able to stay in the room I had booked. I stayed in a much smaller room with no AC and no towel. I was able to pay about half price for that first night. I was not able to pay with a credit card. It was fairly easy to get cash to pay. The free breakfast was basic but OK.

Great location, however very busy area with one way roads.

Super-cute little hotel in a great location. Kevin checked us in and was so friendly. The women serving breakfast were also very sweet. I definitely recommend this hotel.
