波多馬列貢裡格精品飯店(Rig Puerto Malecon)

The staff here is excellent. Joseph went above and beyond for me. This is a small hotel near the malecon and a park where locals gather. This is not some high end removed hotel. Local neighborhood, authentic experience and solid value. The staff make this place a gem. Thank you!

This is a "no frills" cute and quaint hotel very close to the Malecon, restaurants, ******, shops, etc. The rooms and bathrooms are a little dated and there appeared to be a little mold on the shower head and soap dish. My biggest issue was the shower temperature had little to no control; water was either cold, or literally boiling hot with no in between; but we made it work. Although the room was a little tight for two, it was good enough for a one or two night stay. Fridge in room is a plus. The hotel staff was very friendly, curtious, and professional. The hotel does offer a nice and complete local cuisine hot breakfast, which is an add on.

Horrible conditions both inside and outside the hotel. Very unsafe. Cockroaches and dirty room. Stains on the sheets. Mold in shower and fridge. Pictures did not match description. Electrical plugs did not work. TV did not work. Funky smell. Toilet and shower broken. Holes in the room.

Been going there for couple of years. I like the location and staff. But it need update in the hotel. I do,like because simply. A remodel is due. Please this not negative just suggestion….

El personal de 3a 11 y 11 a 7 excelente servicio solo que el aire acondicionado cuando hay dos habitaciones camas debe mejorar

Muy bonito hotel con todos los servicios. Una ubicación estrategica cerca de todo. Bonito lugar para qued**** unas vacaciones, mi familia disfrutó de todo. La comida buena, las habitaciones tambien, bonita area de piscina. El personal excelente, un trato exclusivo desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta la salida. Jennifer nos trató con mucho cariño, mi pequeña quedó encantada. La verdad que pronto vamos a regresar, sigan así y mantengan el buen servicio.

Every time I visit Dominican Republic, I alway stop in this little hidden jewel. Clean, Safe, Close to everything, great breakfast, & the Pool, Oh, and the roof top club,Friendly staff. The kitchen Mgr Jennifer, is the best!

Me gusto el servicio de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, muy amables y muy accesibles a peticiones del cliente. Me gusto en general el hotel, creo que para vacacionar y descansar por las noches está muy bien en relación a lo que pagas. Quizá lo único que podría recomendarles es que ofrezcan servicios turísticos en el hotel para que nosotros como clientes tengamos la facilidad de adquirir los servicios en la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y beuna ubicación. No se si fue mala suerte pero nuestra habitación tenía un colchón muy malo, era muy ruidosa porque daba a la calle a nivel de piso y el agua caliente no funcionaba. Lo reportamos e intentamos cambiar de habitación en dos ocasiones y no se pudo.
