雷納瑟爾飯店(Hotel Renacer)

Tienes lo que pagas. Desayuno muy básico, un sándwich de jamon y queso muy corrientes...un poco de huevo, poco de cafe y iced tea. La habitación no está mal, la cama estuvo bien al igual que el aire acondicionado

I have stayed in this property a few times since 2021. I stayed here a few days ago and i had a bad experience. I reserved a double room for 2 adults and was given a super tiny room with a tiny bathroom that I could barely fit in. It was literally a box. I had paid in advanced. I requested a room change. They said I had to wait until the next day at 12pm. It was dirty and the shower curtains were filthy. The pool had too much Clorox. Very unsanitary. I ordered same food I ordered the other times I stayed, and was given something else. I was very disappointed . The manager at this hotel has a nasty attitude. I will not come back ever again. There are better options out there!!

Muy buena la ubicación pero terrible la atención del personal el ruido del aire acondicionado no me dejó dormir y la cama matrimonial es una cama tamaño full mi espso y yo dormimos como sardinas y con temor a caernos de la cama si nos moviamos dormidos, el baño tenia goteras que te caen cuando estas sentado en el inodoro. Un desastre todo en una sola noche.

People are nice but the water sometimes slow and no hot water. a lot of roaches and mosquitoes in the room we had to spray them. Swimming pools water pump underneath doesnt work in order to make the pool clean. The only good thing is it is close to some places like the cathedral, the nacional palace of the president and some restaurants.

Horrible experience staff was extremely rude. Didn’t see housekeeping once you have to ask for the service. Asked for new towels and never received it and the list goes on. Very unfortunate to have experienced such a poor service

El hotel está en una buena área, pero en realidad no se lo recomiendo a nadie hace mucho ruido en lo pasillo incluyendo lo que trabaja en el hotel.

Pretty cool spot, the hotel is nice and clean. The pool was my favorite place to be and the staff are amazing. Will defenitely be back soon.

Comme a chauqe fois je suis satisfait de l'hôtel et de son emplacement. J'y retournerai bien évidemment. Le seul soucis cette fois-ci etait que le ménage n'a pas etait effectuer dans la chambre et qu'il manqué les serviettes de bains que je n'es reçu que le lendemain. A part ça l'hôtel et son personnel son appréciables.

Un excelente servicio, pero hay que darle un toque al hotel en ámbitos de mejorar los diseños de interiores, color, luces, tv y especialmente hay que darle eventualmente mantenimiento a los aires
