聖多明戈麗笙飯店(Radisson Hotel Santo Domingo)

Very kind of service and good location

The hotel is good but not great. Had issues with the hot water that wasnt hot enough. Also, the air conditioner shuts down in the middle of the night and the room gets hot. What we do love of this hotel was the easy and fast check in, the parking options, the areas were clean and there are many great options near to eat, shopping and enjoy the night life.

el hotel es todo bien ,tienen la comodidad que se nesecita y el personal muy amable es , en la limpiesa es buena , lo unico malo es que las sabanas y almuadas tienen mal olor , y mas las almohadas como a sudor a sucio

Un vrai frigo!!!!! La Clim était allumé à notre arrivée et il devait faire 18 degré dans la chambre !!!! Impossible de l’arrêter , nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit Pas de frigo , pas d’eau chaude , pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception Une vrai déception pour le tarif !!!

Only stayed one night but wish it would have been more they do have a four person per room limit which I felt was overkill if you’re a single mom with four kids what do you do then? I also travel with children with Autism so it makes no sense. The food was great we ordered room service and the mini fridge is paid for. They ran out of ice and regular coke. We ordered twice from room service first time it took 20/25 mins second time over and hour and a half. We were able to check in early hotel is very central and had a very welcoming a**osphere I would stay again but in one room.

The staff is friendly and the shower is great. The elevator situation is terrible. Prepare to wait. The windows in the rooms do not open & there is no fan to suck air out of the bathroom. The whole room steams up when you shower-and if someone makes a #2 in the toilet: there are no fans anywhere to suck air out of the room or bathroom and no windows that open-it's disgusting. They also like to rip their customers off with taxis. The taxi guy will set you up for 1500 or 2500 pesos to take you somewhere. The same ride if you use any of the ride share apps or call for your own taxi would be 3-400 pesos. It's a hustle that is disrespectful to hotel guests. They count on Americans & other foreigners not knowing any better so they rip them off with excuses like, well the guy we call is safe so you have to pay more. Its a shakedown. They have the gall to charge about 25-30 US dollars for the breakfast buffet that didn't look very appealing--in an area surrounded by a ton of restaurant options. Do you know how far 30 dollars should go in the D.R.? Again: they disrespect their customers by charging such high prices for food. Be warned: The hotel will charge you $50 if a friend comes to visit you-even if its for just a few minutes in the morning. The location is great. The staff is incredibly friendly, the room was quite clean, and they do try to accommodate special requests. They charge about $100 a night for a room. There are much better values for less money in the D.R.

Los ascensores para los huéspedes permanecieron estropeados durante toda mi estancia, teniendo que utilizar el de los empleados durante los 5 días. Hubo veces que tuve que esperar más de 5 minutos para poder llegar a mi habitación o al lobby del hotel. Cada vez que me duchaba se inundaba todo el cuarto de baño. Tardé 21 minutos en hacer el check out. Siendo el primero en la cola cuando llegué al mostrador y estando los dos miembros del staff de recepción tratando con los otros dos huéspedes a los que en esos momentos estaban atendiendo.

El servicio de maletas es pésimo no se interesan por la llegada del turista,además me hicieron un montón de cobros extras y depósitos que ahora tengo que anular con mi banco se supone que si hay reserva solo ese pago debería dehacerse ya que no se pidió nada mas
