比里尼飯店(Billini Hotel, Historic Luxury)

I reserved two rooms on the same credit card however, the front desk personnel were not able to have us on the same floor which was very disappointing! Wasn’t an elevated introduction to the hotel especially after the welcome drinks were given to my travel partner and I without asking our preference.

Rénové avec beaucoup de gout, avec tout le confort, des prestations de choix ,beaucoup de charme. Le staff est bien formé et fait tout son possible pour répondre à la demande des clients. L'hotel est situé dans le quartier historique, on peut se promener ,diner et aller prendre un verre à n'importe quelle heure .

We really enjoyed our stay at Billini Hotel. The rooftop pool was wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, right off the courtyard, which made it a little noisy at times, but overall we enjoyed our stay immensely. We recommend staying here for its great location, amenities, and friendly staff.

A beautiful hotel, in a great location with a great bilingual staff (and if you need to use and practice your Spanish…they’ll work with you and joke about it). They were very accommodating, answered emails prior to my arrival (get the VIP and taxi service at the airport if you want a smooth inbound experience) and were welcoming. I got upgraded to one of the main floor suites, which was really spacious. I had to be up early, so hearing them set up breakfast in the adjoining space didn’t bother me…it’s a smaller hotel, a more intimate setting with less guests…it wasn’t above and beyond noisy. The room was super chilly which I love and need to sleep well, and it was relaxing to wake up to the birds in the AM. The only thing I noticed and grossed me out was some foundation/makeup on the wall & some spots on the floor (in the room & bathroom) and I found a previous guest’s credit card receipt along the bed and bed frame when I was packing to check out. So my only suggestion would to take a little more care making sure everything is cleaned up after a guest checks out

El personal excelente, Jeffrey en la cocina, Elvis, las jovenes del bar y todos los que trabajan son seres espectaculares, nos brindaron confianza y mucho confort..

A charming boutique hotel. The rooftop pool/bar was very enjoyable. We had one of the larger rooms with terrace/jacuzzi and enjoyed it. Would benefit from installing larger Smart TV's and upgrading the wifi.

I got a first floor room, right in the middle of the restaurant seating area and with a window that opens to a walking street (beautiful by the way) with a lot of traffic, when i ask to be moved to another room I was kindly informed that the hotel was full and they did not have any more rooms except the most expensive one and Inhabe to pay, as expected, the difference in price, which was more that I paid in first place I suggest that the hotel explain at the time of reservation that you are getting a first floor room sir the windows and door facing directly to the restaurant dining area and with no sound proof

Beautiful "petite" chic hotel in colonial-zone-area. Walking distance from historic sites. Loving that rooftop. Will definitely return again. Remarkable staff that went above and beyond; kudos to them and the entire organization.
