布爾拉斯民宿精品飯店(Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel)

Es una muy bonita propiedad. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. El personal atento y amable. Tomé una habitación con terraza en el último piso pero la vista es horrible. Los edificios contiguos están en pésimas condiciones y eso le resta mucho a la experiencia. El rumbo no es el mejor de Santiago y se recomienda ser muy cuidadoso si se piensa caminar por la zona (que no es bonita).

We had the loveliest stay at Casa Bueras! The room was beautiful & comfortable. The staff was so kind, helpful, and took very good care of us—the coffee when we arrived from the airport & making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect area close to everything, which made it easy to explore. Hope to come back & stay! Lovely!

This is one of the most delightful hotels I have ever encountered. Everything was great. It is an old house that has been repurposed as a boutique hotel and has a real sense of place. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was really good (even highly rated hotels in Santiago get complaints about this), and breakfast is seved on a veranda overlooking a pool surrounded by mossy stones and a lush garden. Perhaps the best thing is the graciousness of the hosts. When I arrived in the morning for an afternoon check-in they gave me not only a room but breakfast as well. I have traveled a lot but have only stayed at a couple of hotels this remarkable.

Predio antigo mas super conservado, quarto e banheiro confortáveis, cafe da manhã ok. O melhor e a localização!

The place super elegant but it lacks the personal attention from the owner/ management. I was there fir only 2 days, but no one was able to fix my Maine door as i had to get someone from the reception to open the door for me EVERY time. Then the whole hotel runs out of hot waters for my entire stay.. so no shower. The staff should be able to take care of those situations, but was able to do anything.

Very frustrated with management. Our flight on Avianca was cancelled and they put us on an earlier flight which meant we didn’t need the hotel room the last night. I had ********** notify the hotel over a week before we’re were due there. They tried reaching the hotel. Never received a response. So when we arrived for our 4 night (turned 3 night stay) I asked the manager. He said he’d get back to me. We asked repeatedly and kept getting told they were “checking”. Three days later we left with no response from anyone. I wouldn’t stay there again. Totally unacceptable. Also the floors squeak so loudly it’s terrible crossi by the room. Breakfast is skimpy but we found out on the second day you can ask for eggs.

Excelente hotel! Decoração impecável, café da manhã delicioso, localização excelente.

Péssima estadia, péssima localização. O hotel não tem restaurante, café da manhã horrível. Tenho privilégio Vip e não deixaram eu fazer um checkout tardio (12:30). Não recomendaria
