一個很好的酒店，環境特別好，特別推薦酒店內的餐廳，服務非常好，出門右轉就有一個**，沒進去，但是看起來不錯。周圍很安全，出門左轉有個Friday的牛排店，價格偏貴，味道不錯。

Excellent service. Very kind staff members. The food was great

I felt like my business with this hotel was important them. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone who works at this place. I will definitely go back to this hotel again. I highly recomemnd this holtel if you do not speak the language. However that ****** can make their cheating a bit less obvious. I go there to play and don't mind losing fairly. I will never go back to a place that made cheating so obvious and unrealistic.

Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

The room was pretty basic. Clean and acceptable. The staff was excellent!
