A great place in a holiday type area. We were passing by and we’re able to do a late booking. Friendly staff and good room. Just beware of music in the entire area until 11pm/midnight. Great area for restaurants. Supermarkets and entertainment. Everything available just down the road

Bon séjour, un personnel à l’écoute et très agréable ( en particulier ceux du restaurant et de l’accueil qui sont très disponibles et s’adaptent à leurs clients) ! Avec des lits très confortables, et plutôt propres, une vue depuis le balcon très belle. Merci.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The bed was 2 singles pushed together we had to move rooms the first night as there was kids running up and down the hallway screaming and shouting and throwing stuff at the walls in the room next door. We went to talk to the person on reception and explained what was happening (it was 9.30 in the evening) he was very rude and said we can’t expect a kid to be silent (we didn’t expect children to be silent but we also didn’t expect them running up and down the corridor screaming shouting and the parents just letting them) they moved us to another room which was filthy mouldy 2 beds pushed together fridge was filthy floor was filthy and covered in hair the taps in the bathroom full of limescale, cracks in the ceiling and on the floor wallpaper damaged woodwork damaged. Staff were arrogant when we previously tied to complain and that made us not want to complain to reception I tried to complain through my app for love holidays but no one was ever available to speak. There was no kettle in the room. We put a complaint to the hotel when we got home for the hotel to respond that they disagree with our complaint and that they told us when we arrived that there was a kettle etc available for us to use that’s incorrect we asked and got told if we want a coffee etc we had to use the coffe machine which was 1.80 euro for not even a 200ml drink and for 2 days it didn’t work. We also used the bar bought drinks a female waitress brought our drinks we paid and she walked off with our change and didn’t bring it back. We felt intimidated by this as we only spoke English. I am taking my complaint further as when you see pictures of our room you will see why we were disappointed and for the hotel to say that the room was perfectly fine when it’s actually disgusting.

Nous avons passé 4 jours entre amis dans cette hôtel, ce séjour et proche de l’horrible l’emplacement de l’hôtel et éloigné du bord de mer avec tout au tour des poubelles qui débordées pendant 4 jours Côté restaurant les buffets matin midi et soir ont été identiques pendant 4 jours et d’une qualité médiocre L’entretien des chambres et très mal effectué la literie est très mauvaise Il a fallu même un jour aller réclamer des serviettes propre qui n’avez pas été mise dans la salle de bain Les animations du soir sont minables Il y a une soit disant piscine sur le toit C’est tout simplement pas plus grand qu’une patogoire un scandale Enfin cette hôtel ne m’erite pas 4 étoiles Même aux normes espagnol A fuir !!!!!!

Agréable semaine passé dans cet établissement, propre, chambre spacieuse , activité pour les enfants , dommage que la piscine soit un peu petite , on est vite nombreux ! Je remercie le personnel de nous avoir changé de chambre ( trop bruyante) à notre demande , personnel efficace , sympathique, disponible . Les repas dans l’ensemble était bon même ci on note une baisse de choix ( comparé à l’année dernière ) . Les parking autour gratuit c’est appréciable

Voor ons gezin bestaande uit 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen bestond het arrangement uit 2 nachten half pension, ontbijt en avondeten dus. Kamers en badkamer waren prima op het douchen in bad na. Het douchegordijn bleef vrolijk aan je vastkleven door de kleine ruimte. Het ontbijt is dikke prima met een ruim aanbod van brood, ei en zuivel. Het avondeten was voor ons minder omdat er heel veel visgerechten op het menu stond, maar het zag er wel prima uit. Het hotel staat dicht bij het strand en s’avonds is het op de boulevard heel erg gezellig met veel eten, drinken, livemuziek en winkeltjes. Al met al geven wij een dikke voldoende.

Nous y avons passé 12 jours sans problème. Le personnel d accueil et de la restauration est très accueillant et serviable. Le personnel de ménage est au top. La restauration est plus que correcte,il y en a pour tout le monde ( frites et pâtes pour les enfants) et spécialités locales pour les autres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est au top. L'hôtel est à 5 min des plages et il y a de grands parkings gratuits. En bref super vacances en famille

Es una de esas cosas que tienes que vivir una vez en tu vida. Ves los comentarios y las fotos y piensas, no será para tanto. Pues sí que lo es. Es un hotel descuidado, sucio, en el que no se ha cuidado ni se ha mantenido el mobiliario, los electrodomésticos y las infraestructuras. No tiene ningún encanto. La limpieza es mala y, tras años de no limpiar adecuadamente, la mugre se acumula en rincones, rodapies, baños... Los aires acondicionado funcionan a media y hacen un ruido molesto, al igual que algunas de las neveras. Pasamos por tres habitaciones y las tres malas. La comida tampoco es de un hotel vacacional. No recomiendo el todo incluido. Cualquiera que haya visitado un hotel de la costa andaluza sabe lo que es un todo incluido y, esto, no lo es. Hay que entender que vender un hotel a precio de 4 estrellas superior tiene unas responsabilidades y esto suena más a timo o engaño. El personal de recepción nos atendió correctamente y se preocuparon por la situación pero ellos no pueden arreglar los desperfectos y la falta de limpieza e higiene. No creo que vuelva a este hotel y, por supuesto, no lo recomendaría. Estamos a la espera de que nos cambien de hotel a otro de la cadena que esté limpio y adecuado a su categoría.
