由於 Trip.com 的付款無效，這次旅行開始很糟糕。我們不得不給你們的工作人員發短信近一個小時才可以入住我們的房間，所以很晚才和家人一起吃午餐。前台的女士們非常棒，並且正在盡其所能 - 在付款順利之前她們無法給我們鑰匙。所以我們對 Trio.com 的服務不是很滿意。您的付款無效，怎麼會發生這樣的事情？由於這個問題，我希望下次旅行能享受折扣。 我們一進去，服務就非常好。房間乾淨又安靜。床很舒服。 游泳池和熱水浴缸開放至晚上 10 點，溫暖且乾淨。每天晚上與家人見面後，我們喜歡泡澡和游泳。 唯一的問題是火坑無法使用。一名男子說這是由於天氣原因，但當時天氣晴朗且乾燥，所以這沒有道理。因此，我們不得不在房間裡喝平安夜的普羅塞克（我們在飯店小吃店買的！），因為坐在外面沒有火坑太冷了。除此之外，這是一次很棒的訪問，我們會再次入住。 我們確實希望 Trip.com 能夠解決計費問題，以便我們再次使用您的網站。

Just so-so I wanted to love this hotel, especially after all of the positive reviews. And seeing as though it has such a high rating. But my stay was just so-so. I realize these are first world problems, but I had paid for an upgraded room to have a better view, though at no point during check-in was I informed that painting was taking place and the windows were covered with tarps during my entire stay. I was not offered a refund for the extra fee I had paid. The bed and pillows were absolutely Heavenly, but what other reviews have failed to mention is how small the rooms are. This wouldn’t be an issue, except the beds are standard size, which left hardly any room to walk around with ease. My shins are all bruised up from this. The staff though, they were incredible and so very friendly and helpful.

Very noisy. I usually stay across the street at the Hyatt regency and I just tried this place out for the first time and it was noisy. I was on in room number 232. I don’t know if it was because of the family or people staying above but early in the morning heard a lot of running around and yelling also like two times throughout the night heard a weird train sound or siren type sound I don’t know if the train station is close by this place. also in the morning heard a lot of movement outside of the room not sure if it was the housekeeping or people coming in and out of the stairs, which the room was next to also. Also, the smell was questionable throughout property

Very enjoyable We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Casey the bar tender downstairs was super friendly!

Very clean room. Wonderful service & employees. Disappointed that the hot tub was closed.

Not a good experience We had a two queen beds. Across from them were oversized furniture making the aisle at the end of our beds narrow. We couldn’t pass by each other unless one of us moved to the side of the bed. The door handle in the bathroom was loose. Outside our room was a train track & trash bin ( early hours hotel staff would throw bags away - it was noisy). We could also hear the elevator from our room & the heat/a/c unit when it came on was very noisy. We did not sleep well. On top of all of that, when we entered the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking **** in there. We cracked the window to try to air it out but there was still a smell in the bathroom.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the bartender on the evening I arrived. She looked busy but was actively attending to guests. When I approached her, she gave me a dirty look and said she is backed up right now. Didnt offer to take my order just said that and continued working. Very unusual and unprofessional. Hard to gauge if this was her being overwhelmed or if it was discrimination. In any case I was too busy to report her to the hotel manager.

The coffee maker in my room #386 did not work. I reported it to the front desk on day one, day two still not replaced. Other than that very important detail, I had no complaints and the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. A little disappointed in the limited menu, and no microwave in my room.
