Situated 5 min from dozens of shops, restaurants, and parks. 20 min more will bring you to NAS Whiting or Pensacola Intl Airport. Complete with private entrance, private furnished screened in porch, and off-street parking. Wifi included. We are professional and courteous hosts that will ensure you arrive to a well-kept apartment and enjoy your stay. Pleasant stay. Quiet, good location, beautiful outside that can be viewed sitting on the back porch. Apartment set up was very complete. Owner was more than accommodating and very pleasant and nice.

Perfect little apartment
Communication with the owner was great, all instructions were clear. The apartment was just as described, the owner thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A++

Comfortable quiet stay
My husband and I spent a week in this apartment adjoining a house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was complete and full sized for cooking. The barstools next to the island counter allowed a place for eating and working. A 2 person couch/futon provided adequate seating. There is a small closet/pantry combination which provided enough space for our week of food and clothing on hangars. The outdoor screened porch had 2 chairs for morning coffee and looked out on the beautiful backyard. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away from a hotel setting, especially if you plan to stay for multiple nights since there is a cleaning and insurance fee added.

Quiet, convenient location
Attended a winging ceremony at Whiting Field. Location was convenient to that and downtown Milton. Walked the Blackwater Creek trail a couple of times. Grocery store within 10 minutes.
Property was clean. Full sized kitchen. A/C worked well.

VRBO to Pensacola
Convenient location for us. Location was clean and fairly new. Easy to get to. We felt it was a little small for two adults, especially the bed. Instructions for using the ROKU TV would have been good also. We couldn't get the local channels.
