Globales Costa de la Calma

我們在午夜過後到達，遇到了一位年長的接待員，他拒絕讓我七歲的孩子留下來。我們被困在接待處將近一個小時。很累，現在壓力很大。然後他們堅持扣留我女兒的護照（就好像我們付錢在飯店住四晚，一晚後就跑掉一樣）。光是這個行為就是侮辱性的！早上第一件事就是他們不斷打電話要求額外支付 48 歐元讓我的孩子留下來。請注意，trip.com 網站上顯示 12 歲以下兒童可免費入住，而且房間足以容納兩名成人和一名兒童。有一張沙發床。顯然這 48 歐元對他們來說比禮貌更重要。有更好的方法來處理這個問題。錢是我付的。我非常非常不高興。

飯店坐落在美麗的聖蓬薩區 - 山脈、綠色植物、海洋。房間寬敞並設有陽台。安靜的區域（晚上可以睡覺）。飯店有兩個游泳池，一個成人一個兒童，還有動畫。步行15-17分鐘即可到達海灘。附近有商店和咖啡館。 缺點：沒有咖啡機🥲 現場/咖啡館只能透過卡片付款。 床單有股潮濕的味道。 如果你離開房間，冰箱就會停止工作（所以要第二張磁卡，否則冰箱裡的食物會變質）。

非常好的酒店，友好……這個城市很好。我會回去😻

The Apartment Hotel is not 4 stars.Wouldn't go back again staff were not helpful.The pool is too small and you be luckly to get sunbed.The apartment was not great as you can see attached photo.We get complain from people at the reception about paying tax as we pay €132 for three people because it a 4 stars.Crazy! We only get one key pad between the three of us which not right as we all adults.

weer terug van onze top vakantie naar globales costa del calma santa ponsa voor ons voelt het als thuis komen. begint gelijk al bij de receptie, omdat we daar al jaren 2x per jaar komen kennen wij de meiden en heten ons dan ook van harte welkom bij onze namen chintia en mijn goede vriendin cristina . zijn oa de 2 toppers van de receptie maar ook de rest is toppie. de scootmobiel had cristina al voor ons geregeld en stond al klaar. en als er iets is of je hebt iets nodig je hoeft het maar te vragen. en ze regelen het. ook het appartement was weer toppie met uitzicht op zwembad. goede schoonmaak en handdoeken in overvloed wij komen als het allemaal goed gaat weer terug in mei heb er nu al zin in bedankt weer en tot mei .

Set way up in the hills! Resort is clean and well kept.. however.. the bar closes at 7pm, there is no evening entertainment and certainly no life around the resort at all. Really not suitable if you don't have children and certainly not suitable for if you have any mobility issues! Measuring using my Apple Watch , it's approx 1km to the heart of Santa Ponsa! If you are looking a vibrant, lively resort, this is not it! Plenty of sunbed availability though! In terms of location and staff attitude (apart from the female manager) one of the poorest resorts I have stayed in! Heading back to SP this week and have booked another Globales.. here's hoping it's better!
