阿德里亞諾純鹽港-限成人(Pure Salt Port Adriano - Adults Only)

Séjour incroyable de 2 nuits au Pure Salt Port Adriano, hôtel 5 étoiles pour adules 18 ans et plus. Que du bonheur... l'accueil attentionné du personnel très professionnel soucieux de vos moindres désirs. Nous avions une magnifique suite front de mer avec un grand balcon pour admirer la baie du Port Adriano marina. La piscine panoramique au centre de palmiers offre une vue imprenable, beaucoup de chaises longues et parasols... Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux et les dîners au restaurant Adriana sur la terrasse est exceptionnel, le meilleur restaurant de Port Adriano avec la vue sur le coucher du soleil... Cet hôtel est à tous points de vue extraordinaire, c'est une adresse que l'on voudrait garder juste pour soi! Chic et romantique. Nous en gardons de beaux souvenirs! Salutations à toute l'équipe!

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in, an excellent advert for the Pure Salt chain. The staff did really make this stay enjoyable, stress free and a truly positive experience. Judit, David and all the team (just too many to mention) left nothing to chance, and their attention to detail plus positive interactions are a credit to them and the management. The hotel has a wide and varied choice of food which was top quality, whilst the restaurant was set overlooking the infinity pool, Port Adriano itself and of course the sea. The attention to detail in regard to housekeeping was again five star, with staff preparing the bed in the evening plus replenishing fresh chilled water for the night. There are plenty of sun beds and again the pool staff will replenish pillows and towels and will be proactive in doing this. The spar was luxurious and the treatments excellent. This was truly a five star experience and we will be visiting again.

This is the best hotel we have visited in Majorca. The staff are amazingly attentive. The room we had was perfect. It had a large terrace which for us was great because we do not sit in the direct sunshine. Breakfast is as good as it gets and is served until 11.00 am which is unusual. The only annoyance was the lunch menu which we felt was limited and unsuitable. The evening dinner menu was excellent although I have read that a 3 course set menu is also available but this was not offered to us. All of the restaurants in the marina are terrific if a little expensive but hey who cares.

Amazing! Beautiful hotel, food first class and staff outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond. Bed so comfortable, swim up well worth the extra to be able to cool off as and when. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had. The view at dusk watching the boats come back was wonderful . I’ll be back in May for a longer trip.

Horrible, we stayed in a ground floor room with direct access to the main pool and in the middle of the night thief’s try to broke into our room from the terrace. We alert the staff and we found out that is no security and no cctv only a reception guy. We left the hotel immediately next morning and now we will open legal action as the hotel management has not wanted to call police and open a criminal case.

Absolutely first class hotel and restaurant with staff that do their utmost to make the place special. Extremely comfortable room with a great view of the marina. The pool and sun beds area was so nice and relaxing, with some cracking mojitos from the little outdoor bar area. We really enjoy our food and took the six course dinner with wine pairing - fantastic! Everything, right down to the shuttle that takes you to and from the marina, is well though out and works smoothly. My only regret is that we only stayed 3-nights - we’re coming back for a much longer stay next year. Congratulations to the team at Pure Salt - you are doing an excellent job.

Leider unerträglicher Abwasser-Gestank im sonst sehr schönen Zimmer. Es war nur auf dem geräumigen Balkon (mit sehr schönem Blick über die Bucht und die Anlage) auszuhalten.

I didn’t want to have to write this review - hence the lateness of it versus our stay - however with almost a year past and no sign of the promised refund enough time has lapsed that our complaint has clearly not been taken seriously by Jet2 or this hotel. We stayed over the August bank holiday weekend for 4 nights n 2022 and had the displeasure of 3 different rooms in 4 nights - not the relaxing mini break we were planning. The problem was ants - on our 2nd night returning to the property my husband saw ants crawling all over the bed. Being someone with an insect phobia I am very careful not to leave doors/windows open and we were on the 3rd floor. The night porter / “manager” (?) was very rude and tried to pass it off saying “it’s just a thing in Mallorca at this time of year”, my husband had to press for us to move to a different room which they eventually agreed to. I have to say when the actual hotel manager did arrive the following day he was very polite and apologetic and moved us to another premium room for our remaining 2 nights & promised he would refund that 1 night however given we had booked through Jet2 in the UK asked for us to complain to them direct, as that was the only way a refund could be processed. On return to the UK we did the painful hour plus wait on the phone to get through to someone and despite recognition via email to say they were investigating we have heard nothing more from either the hotel or Jet2. For a hotel trading as 5 stars and at such a high cost per night you do not expect such low standards of either cleanliness or customer service. We have a video of the room/bed.
