We though we book a lovely boutique hotel, this is not! Book a chain hotel for the same or less money and you will get a better service. Let’s start with the fact that they have a ‘green policy’, which nobody mention to you, which means they don’t clean your room for the first 3 nights - which translate in ‘we are saving money on our cleaning staff’! So no water in the room after the first night or fresh towels but you do pay a fee for it! Nobody show us or told us what we had as a service, we saw no bicycle and the Tesla transfer you pay £25 per day is impossible to use: you can not reserve it in advance for a specific time, there is always a queue and it’s not available on Saturday before 11.30am! There is no tea or coffee in the room, which is a normal standard for a 4 start hotel. Entrance door is locked after 10pm and good luck waiting for somebody of the staff to open to you (we were lucky some guest inside open the door for us) and if you have any issues with your room, like a window not closing properly, be ready to wait for more than 4 hours and ask multiple times to fix it. Highly recommended to book somewhere else for the same money or less you will get a better service! We will definitely not book this not hotel again. Not a good value for money at all!
