聖馬麗亞雷迪森飯店(Radisson Hotel Santa Maria)

조용한 곳에 있던 조용한 호텔이었습니다. 어메니티도 좋고 산타마리아 가시는 분들에게 추천합니다. 호텔에 물은 두개 비치되어있고 미국이라 그런지 슬리퍼는 없습니다.

My reservation was pay at the hotel upon check in. However, they charged my card on file for the whole 2 nights of my stayed before arrival. which supposed to be just to hold and guaranteed my reservation. And will pay at checked in. I was supposed to change my credit payment on file, but instead they charged my debit card. Front desk should pay attentions of details like that.

We appreciated the customer service of the front desk, especially Ana, who checked us in. The room had a slight smell. The bathroom had rust around the lighting; the cabinetry was screwed shut, the paint job was a mess and the shower drain was slow. The noise between rooms and the atrium could be heard all night. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. Would not recommend if these things matter to you.

My family and I stayed here on a whim and it was a great choice! We were driving the PCH and all of the hotels in nearby cities were either extremely expensive or not what we were wanting. This was great and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and fairly priced. If I ever find myself in Santa Maria again, I will stay here!

Have stayed several times over the years and the hotel is getting worse every time. There was a large stain on the comforter, looked like blood stains on the curtains, bathroom sink did not stop running and it looked like someone got angry and kicked apart the heating vent. The bathtub was shallow but it was put on a small pedal stool so it was an awkward step in and out. This is unfortunate because it’s a great location for us when we visit family.

Property was clean. Staff are not friendly and we were given incorrect information. They were booking us under different name, charged us differently than what we were told over the phone. The breakfast is not good, there were only a few choices. The same food as other hotels that give free breakfast. I was expecting something better since it’s additional surcharge.

This place was a great value and in a quiet area despite being next door to an airport. Very thankful that our primary request to be placed near the elevator was accommodated. We regularly travel with service animals and greatly appreciate that this hotel is pet friendly for others. Our only gripe was the very limited amount of disabled parking spaces. There are only four, and on the first night of our stay, we had to park in the adjacent lot, which made the walk a little difficult for my disabled aunt. All in all, we enjoyed our experience and intend to stay here again in the future. Great place within 30 minute Pismo and Grover Beaches, as well as Solvang in the south.

I had great expectations with this Hotel because it is Radisson since it is a hotel chain with a lot of fame and prestige but I was very disappointed because when I got there the room stank a lot of humidity and the carpet had many ugly stains and the furniture and beds were too old And for what they charge to stay there, it is too expensive for what little they offer!!!
