在預訂一間有雙的房間之後,通過這個平台,我到達酒店,被接到一個有兩個單的房間。 在與該官員天后,我被告知,這已經是通過預訂平台傳來的信息,由於沒有酒店爲這個晚上提供雙人房間,我終於在同一房間度過夜。我對通過這個媒介重新預訂的信心很少,因爲這是第一次這樣發生在我身上,就像是通過這個平台第一次經歷一樣。

The hotel was once very beautiful and well oeganised. Since the ownership changed, i have the feeling that the hotel is runned down. The service gets with every stay worse. This time i even needed to discuss with the receptionist, that we get an additional blanket. Ive stayed all over the world in many hotels from luxurious to chep but they all had a better service than this hotel.

We loved the experience! The staff was really nice and the room was cozy. It was always clean and the breakfast was incredible!!! We would love to spend more nights there and we recomend it!!!
