Our room looked great when we first arrived but as we settled in throughout the stay things popped up. A smell from the bathroom sink started to become noticeable. There was hair on the floor where the toilet was and in the bath tub. The couch bed had not been turned and we found food crumbs and no blankets. The wet bar sink was leaking and the refrigerator was turned off. When calling the front desk to ask for bedding for the couch bed we had to wait over an hour and still I had to call the front desk again and finally I had to go down to pickup the bedding I had requested, but was only given one sheet. Without these few things the overall stay would’ve been good but I felt like the front desk staff that was working the first night did not care. When checking out the front desk said they couldn’t change anything on the pricing when I checked out because I had gone through a third party and to check back then next day by calling and speaking to the manager. So again overall the stay would’ve been good but unfortunately it was poor experience. I probably wouldn’t stay at a Hampton again.
