The area around the hotel is under construction. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation although we did not see and ongoing repairs. You see patched up unpainted walls and areas in need of maintenance. Hotel appeared to be under staffed and more focused on a weekend which restricted our access to the bar and dining facilities. The hotel features architecture characteristic of the South West yet is able to provide an unusually luxurious experience. Our room even featured an humidifier, very useful in this high elevation city. Housekeeping was attentive to the smallest of details. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excelente servicio súper atento y detallistas. Pero falta un concierge a quien hacerle consultas de lugares para visitar en los alrededores y que conozca bien horarios etc. Solo estaba el del front desk y no sabía nada, solo nos dio un mapa de la ciudad. A las instalaciones no le puse 5 estrellas porque si falta una alberca por el clima tan caliente.

******* advertised a king superior room. The room was closer to 260 s ft . Nowhere near 370. It smelled dank. Thermostat was in a corner behind a heavy lamp, difficult to reach. Nothing luxurious or upscale about the tiny room, except the comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Missing instructions for bar, minibar, no do not disturb hangar. Carafes of drinking water instead of sealed water bottles. People working there wwere nice, but said to contact *******. Requested early checkin, and came back twice to be told housekeeping still hadn’t gotten there. Very disappointing stay in a hotel idcwanted to stay in for many years.

Terrible service in every way. The service does not match the price.
