We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was beautiful and seamless. The hotel room was gorgeous, the food were tasty, and the pool area was absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t be better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed this new hotel in Santa Cruz. It is a luxury experience. Breakfast at Low Tide was very good, and cocktails at Pearl were delicious as well as entertaining. Good location across the street from the beach. Parking is a bit steep at $50/day + resort fee. Staff need a little fine-tuning but all were helpful and professional. Looking forward to future visits.

The Crown Jewel of Santa Cruz. We had an absolutely amazing experience at La Bahia. From check in, to check out, and everything in between, this was a five star experience. Friendly staff, amazing amenities, great food, and no expense spared during the renovation. This was a first class experience and we will be back.

The brand new La Bahia Hotel delivers an elevated guest experience through meticulous service and design. The hospitality team stands out immediately. Jayden handled my check in with genuine kindness. Gabbie S. served me champagne and provided a thorough orientation of the hotel amenities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The accommodations are superior. My fifth floor king room provided a perfect central view of the Pacific. With complimentary wine, water, tea, and snacks in the room; Along with a mini refrigerator for convenience. Watching the sunrise and sunset from this vantage point is a highlight of the stay. The room features high end details: • Luxury sheets and towels (Heavy) • Le Labo hair and skincare • Full streaming capabilities on the TV • Ample parking • Excellent Room Service The aesthetic of the lobby is sophisticated and features beautiful textures. Don’t miss the opportunity to have breakfast or a night cap on the balcony. The food is delicious and the portions are satisfying. La Bahia is a top tier destination in Santa Cruz with 5 star service and accommodations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gorgeous hotel and excellent service. The rooms are beautiful and bed was really comfortable. The location to downtown was a lovely one mile walk. The area has been cleaned up and really improved the ocean front vibe. We didn't try the restaurant but really enjoyed the cool bar in the lobby with two friendly bartenders. We live close by and will come here again for special occasions. Highly recommend.

Our family spent the weekend at La Bahia to celebrate my youngest son's birthday. First impression, beautifully designed hotel located directly across from Santa Cruz beach; clean, attentive valet as you drive up and excellent front desk staff. There was a bit of a delay checking in due to a mix-up with our credit cards however it was quickly resolved and meanwhile we were treated to beverages and "treasure chest" welcome gifts for our kids. Highlights: Beautiful views of Santa Cruz from rooftop and pool areas. Cleanliness of entire hotel, rooms sustainable room amenities and complimentary beverages and snacks. Suite decor is a relaxing beach vibe, with a comfortable sitting area, large television and sleeper sofa for guests. King size bed and pillows for a comfortable night sleep with additional television in bedroom. Nespresso coffeemaker for coffee or tea, cold beverages and a complimentary bottle of wine! Bathroom was spacious and provided everything needed for a great customer service experience including robes and slippers. Heated pool, jacuzzi, bar, outdoor fire pits and well-maintained, relaxing pool environment. Low Tide restaurant provided delicious starters and entrees for casual dining. It was nice to have options if you don't want to leave hotel. Our suites were located on the 3rd floor and we loved that it gave us easy access to the pool deck as sliding doors open out to the pool area. Valet parking is currently $50 per day, however if you have someone coming for the day or prefer a more economical option, street parking is available around the hotel with the Park Mobile app as the easiest way to pay directly from your phone. The hotel still has some "new business" kinks to work out but I still give it 5 stars because it is evident that everyone is working very hard to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Whatever minor issues arose, there was always someone there willing to make things right and prioritize guest satisfaction. For our family, these efforts make all the difference and although this is the first time we planned a weekend stay in Santa Cruz, thanks to the great experience at La Bahia, we are now planning to make this a yearly family tradition!

We recently stayed at the La Bahia Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, and it was a truly healing and memorable experience. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, I highly recommend this resort. The Management & Staff What really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. A huge thank you to Gabby (Receptionist) and Mikey (Tech) from the management team. They were both incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests! Additionally, the rest of the staff is available 24/7 and they are all very attentive and kind. Dining Experience There are two great restaurants in the resort: High Tide and Low Tide. We had brunch at High Tide, and it was spectacular. The ambience is wonderful, but the highlight was definitely the ocean-view brunch. Having a delicious meal while looking out at the water made our trip so much more memorable. The Location & Vibe You cannot beat this location. It is a true beachfront property with stunning views of the ocean right in front of you. Even the atmosphere is so peaceful and perfect for "healing your body" and relaxing. Pool, Bar, Jacuzzi, Rooms everything is beyond expectations. Rest all the Staff was also very kind, smiling and warm gesture. We highly recommend visiting this place for the beachfront views and the top-tier service. We will definitely be back!

The resort is fabulous. Everything is new and plush. The attention to detail is on the spot. The amenities in the room are first rate. Real coffee and expresso cups and saucers - no paper cups here. The expresso machine makes for a nice morning! From the greeting at the front desk with a glass flute of California sparkling wine to the warmth and welcoming attitudes of the staff, La Bahia is a five star experience.
