瓦倫西亞Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Valencia)

I stay here when going to the club, great experience, amazing area.

Nice suites great kitchen but I did not use

Property is right on the freeway. We were placed in a room next to the exit door. Doors are so heavy that when people leave the doors shut hard and rattle the walls. First room we received, phone didn't work, TV didn't work, A/C didn't work, and reading lights didn't work. Finally requested to move which they were good enough to do, but always a pain to have to repack everything in the middle of your trip.

First room we tried was not cleaned yet, but they found us new room and all was well after that. Wish you had more than one luggage cart.

I called to let them know we would be checking in late because six flags was open late. They said no problem that they made a note in the system. Get there to check in and there’s no room. They said they didn’t have one. Then they said well we could clean one but there’s no ac. Which to me at 1 in the morning if they didn’t already clean it then they didn’t want people to stay. So they said they booked a comparable room at the hotel right next door. The convenience of the location was great but that was it. The room was nowhere near comparable. Absolutely horrible experience.

When attempting to check in early I asked about how safe parking was. The receptionist responded with, I guess it just depends what you have in your car, she told me there have been incidents. Then proceeded to tell me to return later because the hotel had no rooms ready

Whoever designed the rooms is BRILLIANT! I was able to work, stay connected, and relax in the well-designed room.

Staff is awesome. Answered most of my questions before i even asked. Helped us find a nice restaurant. The bar tender was super nice as well. Watch the game and chatted with him. Love this place.
