You pay extra for parking

The hotel was very nice and clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom as well as the room itself was very nice. There was free parking in the garage across the street. The lady who checked us in wasn’t super nice or helpful but checking out was a better experience. The area is a bit quiet though, a lot of office buildings in the immediate area.

I expected more from a Hyatt! I paid extra for a patio that was dirty candy on the ground rubber bands and just dirty. The makeup mirror had finger prints all over it and the pillows had a terrible odor they need to be replaced. I park in the handicap and they knew this I told the gentleman as I was checking in he said oh well take this parking pass anyway and charged me for it.

We arrived late (around 11pm) after a long drive. Check in was fast and easy, but when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned (unmade bed, used towels). We were given a new room quickly on another floor but it had a strong smell of smoke. We were too tired at that point to change again, but it was disappointing to spend the night in a smoky-smelling room with our young child.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff, setting the tone for the entire stay. What truly set this Hyatt apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with any requests, or simply greeting us with a smile. I would like to extend a special thanks to Cristina, a member of the Hyatt's staff, for her outstanding service during our stay. Her professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience at the hotel. Cristina's dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay is commendable, and I'm grateful for her contributions to making our visit exceptional. Thank you, Cristina! In conclusion, our stay at the Hyatt was a memorable and delightful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming place to stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Hyatt is in an excellent location. I was hosting guests from Australia and I put them at the Hyatt in Valencia bc of location. The one part that was disappointing was the lack of cleanliness at the facility. The pool bathrooms were beyond filthy, someone used the toilet didn’t flush and was not and the floors and sink were stained! The pool had lots of dry tree dirt floating on the top. The elevator area rugs were dirty and not been vacuumed in days. I visited my guests the whole time they were here and wished the people At the desk we’re cautious of their surroundings! The one good things about the pool is the towel service. They should dust and clean the pool facilities daily—-it’s the Hyatt Hotel—- standards are a lot higher than others in the area.

I had higher expectations from a Hyatt hotel. First off the bed and sheets were a bit stained. Also service was not welcoming for me. I felt like I had to ask for things that should have been there or felt like little things that I wanted were not included like coffee or milk. Ice machine on our floor was out the whole time. And seemed to leak inside the room. I just was not pleased to say the least. Parking was an extra charge. Anyway won’t continue with all I wasn’t happy with. Hope other people have a better experience. God bless

When I was a little girl and I saw this place for the first time I thought it was like my little version of the plaza. For the money we paid and had to continue to pay this was not my favorite stay by far. Over priced, uncomfortable, and the staff were not pleasant to talk to

The employee who checked me in was not friendly and didn’t offer any information about anything (ie where the elevators were, WiFi, didn’t even say our room number). The only thing she asked was if we were parking in the on site garage and said it would be a $17 fee. She conveniently didn’t mention that it was $17 A DAY to park in the unmonitored, unsecured parking garage that is shared with the businesses nearby. She failed to mention any nearby free parking. The room also had a small couch in it with a stain on it that honestly looked like poop. Unfortunately, we got our friends to stay here as well in a different room. I will never be staying at a Hyatt again. This place does NOT care about your experience and only cares about how they can get more money from you. Disgusting.

The property is in need of a refresh, everything is brown and kinda drab. I'm in the hotel business and can see what most guests do not, the lobby and restaurant were my least favorite environments. Service was very good at check in and the staff that we encountered.

Great property but suffers from aging equipment and furniture. TV guide seems completely out of sync with the shows on display. AC couldnt seem to handle 71 degrees when it was a 101 outside. Staff was really nice and professional. Easy checkin and checkout. Room was spacious. Beds were great! Toddler slept like a rock on her own bed when she often wakes up a bunch at home.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at while enjoyong a multi-day trip to Six Flags and the water park. It was so nice! Staff was amazing. From receptionist at check in- to the sweet lady restocking towels by the pool- to the restaurant waitresses. They all made us feel so welcomed! Parking garage on site and restaurants across the street wihin walking distance. Room was super cozy! 10/10. Will stay here again!

Great location. Surrounding area has plenty of food options and grocery stores, movie theater and shopping in walking distance. I would stay here again. Pay to park in garage. Cliff the valet guy was so helpful. Went for a morning run on nearby Santa Clara River Trail. Quiet. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. Morning coffee for guests.
