聖塔克拉利塔-瓦倫西亞速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Clarita/Valencia)

這個屬性不是我們所期望的。床上有一堆黑色的長髮，床墊上甚至沒有床笠。這是一張塞進床單以隱藏床墊罩的東西。一進房間就有一股奇怪的酸臭味，最後我們只好去買了空氣清新劑才能忍受。房間裡的頭頂燈在你關燈時不會完全關閉，它們仍然發光並照亮房間的一側，這令人沮喪且無法入睡。床邊的牆上還掛著一些破盒子的東西，它被壓碎了，就留在那裡。總的來說，這家飯店不乾淨而且維護得不好。第一晚入住很晚，第二天早上我提前一天去退房時，他們聲稱我仍然需要支付整個兩晚的住宿費用。 150 美元買一個這樣的地方是浪費錢，最好花更多的錢去買更好的房子。

There was a cockroach in the sink. They did not clean the room on our first day so the trash got piled up. I had to go to the front office to grab fresh towels since they said there’s no housekeeper on duty and notified them about the room not being cleaned. They stated their housekeeper marked it cleaned on their sheet. the floor was dirty so was the shower. There was a bug in the shower as well. Apparently based on the amount of positive reviews, they might’ve placed me in one of their crappiest room that was all the way to the corner of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately.

This was a VERY nice Super 8. Great room, comfortable bed, GREAT wifi, tv. Yes Super 8 breakfasts are meager: pastry, orange juice and coffee BUT there are so many restaurants in Santa Clarita that it's no big deal. The staffer on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. YES I would go back there!

The staff was pleasant. The coffee maker in the room leaked onto the tray, so I only got half a cup of water. I found two long black hairs inside my bedvwhen I pulled the blanket and sheet back. Other than that the bathroom was clean.

Overall the hotel is acceptable. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. The AC was able to keep the room very cool. They did not have recycling cans in the room. The cable box kept going back to Fox News when turned off. Breakfast was only a continental breakfast not a full breakfast.

Unsatisfied with property the information stated breakfast probided and all they had was coffee, juice and fruit also the property needs to update bed very uncomfortable for the high price i will never stay there again...

Staff was very good and friendly. Limited parking for guests. When we checked in they sent us to a room that was not yet cleaned. They did give us another room.

The bed was ok, the room was in poor condition and pretty dirty. There were spills down the walls and splatter on the art work, there was appeared to be blood on the curtins.

It would rate a five but the parking was small and our ac was broken and it was hot that day.
