Best Western Valencia/Six Flags Inn & Suites

The service was great! They have a 24 hour front desk staff to help you and they have a store that’s open 24 hours to allow you buy snacks. I would stay again you can take a trolley to six flags for free the shuttle runs every hour!

We had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. I had an omelet and waffles that didn't disappoint. We didn't have any towels in our room but it wasn't any reason to ruin our stay. We asked the staff and they supplied us with what we needed

It was our first time staying here and we said to ourselves that we would stay here again whenever we found ourselves back in town. The area that it’s located in is convenient, there’s lots of shopping centers within walking distance, there’s a Denny’s right across the parking lot. The check in and checkout process was quick and easy. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

My mom had to be taken to the hospital. Tried to move reservations to the next day and they refused to, instead they charged us for the day and when we arrived late that night after driving 6 hours we were told we did not have a reservation.l even though they charged us for it. They later "found it" and told us we were checked in "accidentally" that morning even though we were trying to cancel it? So they charged us for it and checked us in thinking we would not come?

We stayed for three nights to visit Magic Mountain. The amusement park ******, but the hot was a gem!The hotel is very clean. The air is fresh, no signs of mold or mustiness. That’s a relief for me because I have a medical condition (CIRS) that is exacerbated by the presence of this. This place didn’t bother me one bit. The beds are very comfortable, and the whole place is well kept. The staff is really friendly!The pool is beautiful; the water is a terrific temperature, although it could use a good vacuuming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast. The selections were a bit more limited than I’m used to at other Best Westerns. EXCELLENT PROPERTY, YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING HERE!

This is the Perfect location across the street from the six flags magic mou. It looks as though it was recently remodeled. The room was clean with plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast had a variety good for adults and kids.

Hannah, Joan, and Sophie are amazing! We arrived on my youngest birthday and these three ladies went out of their ways to make her day extra special. My daughter went to ask for “free birthday cookies” that some hotels have (I don’t think this hotel does), Hannah, Joan, and Sophie worked together to get her something extra special. I wish I could add a picture of the custom cookie they purchased for her, not only that but they also included our older child with a custom cookie as well. This may seem trivial but this act was very heartwarming and unexpected.
