We had our company Christmas party in the hotel's private room and it was amazing. The food and service was excellent and the room was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was by far the best place we've ever been to for our Christmas party.

Horrible customer service. I have stayed in many Hilton properties but this by far has been the WORST. Very disappointed as I booked a night for a mini vacation with my family thinking we will have a relaxing stay, but we did not. First, we got there around 2 and checked in. They could not find my reservation as they had put my last name wrong. I was then told my room is not ready- yes I get it, check in is at 4, and was told that I will get a text message when my room is ready. 4:30 comes along, still no text. I call front desk and no one was answering. I sent the front desk a text message and 30 minutes later I get a response saying they can’t find my reservation. Apparently they still didn’t change the last name on the reservation and THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER (I don’t understand how they can get this wrong when they confirmed with me at check in). The front desk was inadequate and just plain terrible at his job. Once we get to our room, it took another 30 minutes for us to get our bags. I had to go to the bell desk to find out what’s going on as of course no one was picking up that phone either. Next morning, we decided to get plated in room dining. I’m not even going to say how much a meal for 4 cost with all the additional fees they added to the bill. After 45 minutes, our food comes, COLD. Toast is burnt. Plated service? No service at all. The tray was dropped off on the balcony table as if I did not pay an exorbitant amount of money to get plated service. Oh and balconies have a light bulb without a light switch so forget sitting out there after sunset. During check out, they asked how my stay was and all I had to say was “okay” looking all disappointed because anything I say isn’t going to change my experience. I was not looking for a free stay/discount. I thought I was paying for good service and a relaxing weekend. Instead I feel like I wasted my money and my time at this hotel.
PPatti AOn the surface the hotel is very quaint and appealing. Most rooms are accessible only by stairs. Rooms are modern, bed was comfortable. Decent location. The cons: front desk staff hardly greeted you and did not provide any information on WiFi and basics without being asked. Bed sheets were full of sand and had to ask for clean linens to change. Not a big deal but fireplace did not work. Seems that if this is a selling point , it should be working. Draperies falling off the hooks making it seem they are not into the little details, especially for the price of these rooms. No coffee pot in the room. Refrigerator not working only to discover it has been unplugged. For $350 a night I would have expected much more. I would not recommend this hotel.
