阿爾伯克基北凱藝套房飯店-近氣球嘉年華公園(Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park)

Very run down property, pretty dirty, things not working properly or not working at all. Air condition, not cooling enough and not turning off at all. Breakfast so poor, no bread, no fruits no butter just empty containers. only one kind of coffee, tasting awful. Full trash, cans in and around the property. Very poor stuff performing. This place should be named “bad quality hotel”

Upon entering our room the rooms smelled of mildew and as I was examining the problem my daughter went into the bathroom to change into pajamas and found a cockroach. Being from Northern Minnesota I have never seen nor dealt with these nasty creatures. As my husband killed it and I brought it to the front desk in a napkin to discuss the issue she indeed fact stated that yes they do have cockroaches and “all of Albuquerque does.” Pfff Nuuh. No way. She said she could either reimburse me my money or change me rooms further down the hall that would be worse with cockroaches. Checked out with my kids in middle of the night and found other accommodations. Since I booked third party through ******* they can’t/won’t answer their calls to reimburse me. Worse and nasty hotel room ever.

They didn’t see two rooms on the reservation and only gave one room yet charged us for two the initial woman at check-in was very rude. However, the next day the manager tried to fix everything.

I was exhausted from a family emergency and found mice in the room. They had no traps and no rooms to move me to. They better have refunded my money!!

Initial room was sub-standard, the linen was dirty and reused from guests before us; I requested a different room, which was cleaner, but the mattress felt like a hammock, very uncomfortable.

The beds were so uncomfortable. The toilet was constantly running. The beds didn't have blankets, just two flat sheets. There were people doing ***** in the parking lot. Front desk employees were the best part of the stay, they were very friendly.

Bathroom was not clean. Top bed blanket dirty. Outlets don’t hold devices. Breakfast area dirty and not kept stocked. Appears to be an older hotel that needs some maintenance.

Greeted by very customer service friendly gentleman at the desk… Fast checkin and great service The breakfast area was a mess was dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️

Room was on the second floor and there was no elevator so had to drag luggage up and down stairs to get to and from room. Breakfast was dismal.
