Marisa was wonderful at check-in, very friendly and helpful with all my requests. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy but they have security patrolling at night so I didn't feel I had to unload my whole vehicle, and it was untouched. The room was cleaner than most Motel 6s I've stayed in recently (and I travel with pets so it's my go-to chain.)

Awful customer service. Awful smells in rooms. 1 room AC wasn't working right. Need new beds awful. Need to show when booking that ur asking for $100 deposit.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the stench of stale cigarettes. The location of this hotel is not great and the door jamb into the room was cracked leading to the conclusion that there was past issues with people trying to enter the room unauthorized.

The room was clean, the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The location isn't in the best part of town. The two staff members i interacted with were super friendly and helpful. It is close to the 5 fwy and about a 15 minute drive to John Wayne Airport

Not bad location. Not great either, but was close to zoo shopping and beach. Price was right. I did miss having a microwave and mini coffee maker which most rooms have. Lots of places around to eat. Zero issue with booking, checkin or checkout.
