This is a beautiful hotel. Staffs are very friendly. I wish they had an elevator here otherwise this property would be 5/5

Espléndido y excelente hotel, la vista es de lo mejor del lago de Coatepeque, cuartos amplios y limpios, servicio fenomenal.
La atención de los empleados, la humildad y esmero en ayudarlo a uno de huésped fue excelente.
Humberto Bonilla nos hizo sentir y nos atendió de lo mejor.
Gracias a todos, y este lugar se los recomiendo a todos

Instalaciones de la habitación no están en óptimo estado. Drenaje de baño de dormitorio principal con mal olor que contamina la habitación . Losa blanca del baño principal quebrada . Toallas con manchas de maquillaje . Refrigeradora golpeada y accesorios de baño principal faltantes.

El Hotel indicaba 3 habitaciones pero son 2 con cama king y unas bandejas que salían de la habitación con cama en cada cuarto . Teníamos una boda a las 3:30pm y el cheking era a las tres y no nos lo proporcionaron si no pagábamos adicional , aun cuando el checkout es a las 11:00am. No tiene restaurante , la cantidad de toallas muy poca al igual que papel higiénico . No lo recomiendo

It’s beautiful the location where it was easy to find a place to eat if you didn’t want to eat at the property. Security is always there so it feels safe. The low on the cleanliness was because the bathroom for the room was a little dirty and the sheets for the bed it was a stain where we had to ask for new ones.

This was my first time saying here and I must say I will definitely be back soon .. staff was great the rooms and view was spectacular activities they offered ( one hour boat rental ) so worth it .. my whole family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back

Beautiful property with spectacular view. Only negative is not related to hotel but the jet ski rentals do not allow 14 and under to ride on jet skis. Rooms are very clean and staff is super friendly.
