"To be honest, it is a relatively ordinary budget hotel. You can stay in similar hotels at a cheaper price in the local area. It seems like they are just trying to cheat you. The breakfast is good. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center square. You can catch bus No. 209/248 to Santa Ana Volcano at the hotel entrance around 7:40 in the morning."

"Nice hotel in a good location; walmart right next to it; bus stations in front of the hotel; other supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance; city center a bit further away but still in walking distance; nice clean room with a fridge; very nice staff at the reception; nice small swimming pool; big gym right next to the hotel which we could use for free, only a stamp needed from the hotel reception; only the the breakfast was a bit disappointing but still ok with basic options; in total probably the best hotel in town"
