Stayed here in a family room with friends for a long weekend. I stayed here many years ago and it hadnt changed that much on the hotel side but the apts were new. The room:4 single beds in 2 rooms with a bathroom inbetween. 2 balconies. Brilliant. The pool: brilliant, 1 at the hotelad, and 1 down at the apartments. The food: not good. We were HB and it wasnt so good but you get what u pay for in the end The location: fantastic,5mins from beach,restaurants, beach bars. All in all,very pleased,my room was very clean,the hotel was spotless and the staff were amazing Id go S/C if i stayed again,and really wouldn't do HB or AI u miss out on the gorgeous food/drink roundabout. We stayed for for two weeks half board during September family of three . We opted for this hotel because it wasn’t geared towards younger children , and due to the positive reviews regarding the pool area , spacious rooms and food. Thankfully most tourists were couples of families with older children. The location is quite it takes 30 minutes to walk into Sa Coma at a slow steady pace, the nearest bar is within 15 minutes of the hotel (Delaynies Bar, )we don’t recommend this bar it’s dated run down, and basically a tourist trap purportedly offering the cheapest drinks in town , a Baileys cost 8 Euro and is smaller than a standard measure , the glasses are dirty the entire place needs refurbishing. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight check in was smooth , we were informed due to missing our meals a cold buffet had been placed in the fridge, when we entered the room we were disappointed to realise there wasn’t anything in the fridge, we were left three small bottles of water , no milk, tea bags or cups resulting in us having to go back to reception to ask for cups, milk teabags to enable us to make a drink. The rooms are spacious but dated, the sofa beds are not suitable for adults or older teenagers, hotel staff refused to accommodate our request for three single beds despite being informed I was due hip replacement surgery and as our son is in his late he is too old to sleep on a cot bed, the hotel wasn’t fully booked so no reason why hotel staff couldn’t accommodate our request. The air-Con in the room is antiquated and temperamental switching on/ off randomly, no mosquito nets on the doors, no full pool view unless you stand up ( we paid for a superior apartment) The pool area is fantastic lots of sun beds plenty for everyone, calm peaceful atmosphere and a great snack bar offering reasonably priced drinks and snacks- A large Coke costs 2.25 Euro, a large beer 3.5 Euro , cocktails are superb freshly made in a shaker , most cocktails cost 5Euro a pina colada costs 6 Euro . The drinks are cheaper than those found in the main resort and far superior in terms of volume and quality, buy a cocktail you won’t be disappointed. The animation team are lovely they kept our teenager entertained with aqua gym, darts, skittles, a special thanks to Gorka and Maria and the other girls. Brian and Miguel at the pool bar were also friendly and helpful making tasty snacks and drinkswith a smile, the guy with the grey hair at the main bar made fantastic cocktails and was always happy and helpful all staff are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is great the hotel restaurant offers a wide choice of food which is good quality and cooked to a good standard, unfortunately I can’t say the same about food in the evening which is geared towards German guests , food labelling is also problematic again German tourists are prioritised all food was labelled in German making it difficult for us to determine what was on offer , we had a couple of shocks

Estávamos super animados com a nossa escolha de hotel mesmo tendo opções mais baratas, mas vimos pelas fotos e avaliações que o local era bastante agradável e a acomodação era como pretendíamos. Entretanto, logo ao chegar, percebemos no quarto o cheiro forte de umidade e depois vimos que o exaustor da casa de banho também não funcionava, deixando frequentemente o ambiente todo úmido após ser utilizado para o banho, por exemplo, passando bastante tempo assim. Depois vimos que o aquecedor do quarto também não funcionou em nenhum dos dias da nossa estadia, sendo que a temperatura caiu e sempre fazia frio à noite. Solicitamos cobertores por 3X ao hotel, mas ninguém apareceu para nos entregar. Por fim, tivemos que ir pessoalmente fazer o pedido na recepção do hotel, localizada em outro edifício. Nos deram um edredom e uma capa para cobri-lo nós mesmos. Vimos depois que o edredom também era pequeno para duas pessoas. Deixamos a capa com o edredom para ser coberto pelo pessoal da limpeza no dia seguinte, mas ao retornar-mos ao hotel pela noite, para nossa surpresa mesmo depois da falta de atendimento às solicitações anteriores, o edredom seguia sem capa e o pessoal da limpeza a tinha levado embora. Assim, com o quarto frio, acabamos por seguir usando o edredom sem capa mesmo para não ter, mais uma vez, que solicitar algum serviço que novamente não iria ser atendido. Realmente a localização do hotel é muito boa, o staff foi simpático, o tamanho do quarto também e teria sido otimo se tudo estivesse funcionando, mas em termos de apoio ao cliente e termos passado frio todas as noites da nossa estadia, para além de andar para frente e para trás a carregar de edredons tarde da noite, de um lado para o outro, foi bastante frustrante para o nível de hotel que pensávamos ser.

- Service: Despite being marketed as a high end esort, the service provided is reminiscent of a three-star hotel at best. Communication was extremely poor, and as a client, I felt neglected and disoriented. Very bad communication before the start. Only received the programme 3 days before arriving with schedule inconsistent with my departure times. - Boarding Experience for Kids: My kids were utterly dissatisfied with their stay. The guardians assigned were not only disorganised but also lacked the warmth and cordiality expected in such roles. Much to my dismay, most kids were excessively engaged with their mobile phones rather than participating in activities. -Programs and Activities: The camp seems to offer nothing beyond tennis, with no provisions for additional activities or events to foster a sense of community. This lack of support resulted in my children frequently seeking refuge with me instead of enjoying their time at the camp. - Facilities: Although aesthetically pleasing, the layout of the residence is a convoluted labyrinth. To reach my room required an excessive amount of navigation which felt very inefficient. - Staff and Management: The operations appear to be disorganised, hinting at a need for professional hotel management. Moreover, the reception staff was the epitome of rudeness and lacked professional decorum. - Room and Laundry Services: The rooms were satisfactory but constantly filled with noise from outside corridors and ongoing tennis matches outside. Additionally, the laundry service was inconveniently slow and required me to collect my laundry from reception. - Food and Healthcare: The restaurant options and food quality were average, but a serious concern arose when my son suffered from food poisoning. The advertised nurse, who should be an essential presence considering the nature of the camp, was inconsistently available and only on site from 12.30 am. -Tennis Lessons: The coaching was satisfactory but certainly not extraordinary. I expected more professional interaction and advice, not what I could receive from any ex-pro in a local club. Furthermore, the lack of social activities led to repetitive training sessions with the same partners. -Children's Experience: My children, despite being in different age groups and levels, mirrored my feelings of dissatisfaction and stagnancy. The inability to progress in their game was a significant drawback. -Leadership: I expected the presence of more experienced coaches, instead of young, inexperienced staff members. Unfortunately, the involvement of lead coaches, let alone Toni Nadal, was visibly absent. - Location: Manacor, the host town, was underwhelming with not much to offer culturally or aesthetically, thus providing little to no external engagement. In conclusion, the Rafa Nadal Camp and Residence proved to be an unprofessional, disorganised, and inefficient experience. Despite being great fans of Nadal, this camp was a letdown and I would not recommend
