羅沙馬爾公寓(Apartamento Rosamar)

Localização ok se tem carro, caso contrário a zona não tem nem praia de jeito nem noite. O Hotel, chegamos e não encontravam a reserva. Só nos deram quarto passado 1h. Não encontravam a reserva por erro do hotel. Tinham entregue o nosso quarto a outras pessoas. Um dia chegamos e não tínhamos toalhas, foi pedir as toalhas por 2 vezes até as virem entregar. O mesmo com o papel higiénico. O terraço nunca foi limpo. Apesar de ser “Adult only”, o hotel não tem o mínimo de atenção aos grupos de miúdos que fazem autênticas festas durante a noite (incluindo bater às portas dos quartos) e quando solicitamos aos empregados para fazerem alguma coisa, dizem que não é a função deles.

Hemos estado cuatro amigas en una de las habitaciones para cuatro clientes, que tiene una cama de matrimonio y una cama nido. La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia, además de contar con gel, champú, crema...necesario para un viaje corto. De todas formas, cuando se nos agotó se lo comentamos a la señora de la limpieza y muy amablemente nos indicó que lo repondría. Solo reservamos alojamiento, por lo que, en el tema de desayuno no puedo opinar. Las instalaciones estaban bien, la piscina estaba limpia y contaba con hamacas que siempre había disponibilidad. Por otro lado, el personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza se ha mostrado muy amable y colaborativo en todo momento. Siempre hay hoteles en el que encuentras a alguien que responde de mala manera, pero en este caso, todos han sido muy agradables. La única pega que le puedo poner es que se oía a la gente de otras habitaciones armando jaleo a altas horas de la madrugada, pero eso ya es irrespetuosidad de los clientes, nada que ver con el propio hotel. En definitiva, en cuanto ha calidad-precio, es muy recomendable.

Literie, oreillers géniaux, tout le personnel au top et à l écoute des clients, surtout les réceptionnistes de nuit, musique partout j ai adoré. Vraiment satisfaite de mon séjour à 2000% A refaire sans hésiter

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. El desayuno delicioso. Personal muy amable. Fue una muy buena experiencia. En habitación para 4 hay cama y sofá cama. El sofá estuvo cómodo también. Es un buen hospedaje.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Limpio, todo muy bien cuidado, habitación muy espaciosa y el personal muy amable y atento: tuvimos un problema con la televisióny lo resolvieron rápidoy bien. Muy bien situado, a un minuto de la playa.

Apprehensive before arriving because we had such a good deal we were expecting a basic hotel. Check in was quick and effortless. Our room was very big with a very large terrace overlooking the pool. We had breakfast one morning which was cooked fresh and very tasty and filling. The pool area is big and no problem getting a lounger. It is away from San Antonio town. 40 min walk or a short taxi /water boat ride away. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the food is lovely. What more do you want? I would return to this hotel no problem.

very dated surrounds as your walking into reception, chunks of paint missing from outside wall. tv didnt work for 2 weeks. lift stopped working after 3 days so we used access lift, control panel was missing, awful smell in the corridor like something had died. toilets in reception were disgusting only one working but c**p everywhere. we complained so much however, the staff were very understanding and helpful. obviously management dosen't care as it was coming to the end of the season. 2 lights in the room and bathroom had to be replaced!

booked in had to wait two hours till the room was ready, The room was good size bit outdated good aircon, no kettle had to ask at reception , Balcony (room 302) looks out across buildings and partial sea view.TV only 2 English channels (not fussed) room not the best cleanliness after further inspection with grime and hair apparent. Reception staff looked like they were tired and bored, bar staff slow and also looked like they wished you weren't there, pool area good size with horrible view of the graffiti building, lack of parasols, and the ones you could find were broken, overall an average hotel with a need of a shake-up. outside the hotel is not much better with a couple of decent bars and graffiti everywhere, like your in Harlem. Unfortunately, this hotel does lack quite a bit more like a weekend getaway for parties, and this part of Ibiza is a poor mess

Very last minute booking as it was the only hotel who had a room in August due to our flight home being cancelled. On arrival, our room was not 100% clean with cotton buds and bottle lids on the floor. The towels had huge rips in the them and hair on the bed sheets. I complained to reception and they gave me new towels. The walls and curtains were dirty. Also they had a leak in the first bedroom which flooded the entrance and it STANK the whole time we were there. We each paid €12 for breakfast daily which was disappointing and it was never checked so anyone could just walk in and eat. They did have gluten free bread available. There was no hot food options on buffet display. I was going to rate it 3* overall, but on the morning of check out we turned up to breakfast at 7am but they said it only opens at 7.30am (please see image attached that stands at the front desk). They could not provide us anything and couldn’t get a refund either…so this dropped the review to 2*. Pool towels require a €10 deposit in CASH which we didn’t have so had to draw from the ATM and it charged €3.95 to draw the money. There are sun loungers around the pool but only 6 umbrellas so limited. Some of the rooms have sea views but it is looking through a derelict graffitied building. If you have a car, it’s €15 daily if you want to use their car park otherwise there is street parking but often really busy and we ended up parking 1km away!! Warning: careful where you park as we got a parking fine (and still not sure what we did wrong!). Make sure you pack earplugs as the doors are really thin so can hear all your neighbours and especially if they flush the toilet or shower, the water/pipes are very noisy. Shower temperature was also very temperamental and often cold. Overall, very basic and provided us a roof over our heads whilst we waited for our flight home but I would not return.
