I can’t say enough about this charming luxury resort. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. The concierge Giuseppe helped us plan excursions and our visit long before we arrived. Achilles in the restaurant was kind and helpful. So many more that I would love to name! The front desk, the bar, the breakfast staff, housekeeping… Everyone just went above and beyond. I’ve never felt so welcome at a place that wasn’t home before. Then you added the beauty of the location and the excellent accommodations and food, just wow!We will definitely be back soon!

I can't say enough good things about our stay—this hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Giuseppe at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. He helped us with everything from dinner reservations to local recommendations, with genuine interest in making sure we had a great time. Room 231 is amazing. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Ritengo vergognoso che mi sia stata negata la pw del wifi, pur avendo espresso la mia necessità di averla. A pranzo in una struttura a 5 stelle non mi sarei aspettato un tale diniego. Alle mie proteste il direttore, Giuseppe Di Pietro, non si è risparmiato di consegnarmi il suo biglietto da visita, quasi in senso di sfida,come a dire : protesti pure, a me non può fregare di meno!!!!

There are not enough accolades to convey the beauty of this hotel. The gardens overlooking the sea are spectacular. My husband and I watched the beautiful sunset from the hotel’s terrace while enjoying the stunning views of the bay. Our room was excellent. We had chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff who were very welcoming and helpful, especially the concierge. I did not get his name but he went above and beyond the call of duty on the day of our departure. We were traveling by Itabus from Sorrento to Naples Afragola and were not sure where to catch the bus. When our taxi did not arrive in a timely manner he put us on the hotel shuttle with instructions to the driver to make sure we found our bus. It did not leave from the train station as we assumed but our driver asked and helped us get to the bus stop. A stunning hotel with an amazing staff!!

We were staying at the Cocumella hotel for 5 nights, family of 8. We absolutely loved the hotel, the rooms were clean, nice and cozy. The service was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is so so beautiful. Great brackfast and restaurant .We will come back for sure

Cibo lavorato con grande maestria, materie prime di ottima qualità. Un hotel che racchiude misteri e storia. Giardini incantati che affacciano sul golfo di Sorrento. Personale impeccabile e professionisti dell' accoglienza. È uno degli hotel migliori al mondo.
