伊卡洛住宅

Résidence exceptionnelle! Très mignon, extrêmement propre, piscine magnifique et entretenue à la perfection tous les jours. Giancarlo est aux petits soins et très sympathique. Le moindre petit « souci » est réglé dans la journée. La résidence va encore évoluer avec de futurs projets dans les mois à venir. Proche d’une grand route mais pas forcément gênant niveau bruit. Le petit - serait peut-être l’insonorisation des appartements bien que cela relève surtout du respect et savoir vivre de certains voisins… Merci d’avoir contribué à notre super séjour!

Struttura dì nuova realizzazione, con ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, personale cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ambienti interni pulitissimi , piscina igenizzata in maniera accurata. Giancarlo veramente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Pulizia e ordine della struttura sopra ogni standard qualitativo..l’attenzione di Giancarlo e Giada rendono la permanenza gradevole e serena

Che dire si trova in una posizione splendida, vicinissimo al centro e con una vista fantastica difronte al mare, Ambiente pulitissimo e moderno, con camere comode e silenziose. Dotato di tutto, qualsiasi cosa si chiede cercano sempre di accontentare… nel pacchetto ci sta incluso anche la piscina attrezzata anche di idromassaggio.. che dire… Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Sicuramente ritorneremo anche prossimo anno…grazie a Gaia e Giancarlo

The residence itself was fantastic. We could not fault the apartment or the swimming pool area which was great - the pool was a good size and everything was very clean. Two negatives - firstly if you could move it about 2km towards the town of Sant’Agata di Militello then you could easily reach the bars and restaurants. Whilst the distance isn’t huge, there isn’t a path on the road to walk to the town. Secondly - they make you wear a silly swimming hat! I can’t believe they have put in a new pool and the pumps and filters can’t cope with a few hairs!
