We picked Rever Hotel after reading all the good reviews. However, our first impressions of the hotel were immediately marred by the man that received us at the front desk. Having read the reviews carefully and also looking at the rates at the Otopark, we knew we only had to pay 100 TL per night for parking. However, the man (we’re assuming manager?) at the front desk tried to get us to pay 200 TL per night instead. When we clarified, he tried to make it sound like he was doing us a favour and “reduced” the price to 100 TL. This really made us question his genuineness and intentions and we wondered if we were being charged a tourist price. The room itself was okay, mostly clean and had hot water and basic amenities (water bottle, coffee, tea, kettle, soap, shampoo, toilet paper). Soundproofing in the rooms were quite bad and street noise could be heard very easily. The variety of dishes for breakfast was quite disappointing. There was very limited vegetarian food (bread, cheese, French fries, tomatoes, olives). French fries were soggy every time. But the two ladies at the kitchen were very friendly and helpful. Overall, an okay place for a short stay but we hope other tourists won’t fall for the trap of being overcharged.

Otel ile ilgili yorumlara gelecek olursak; konum olarak balıklı göl ve diğer birçok tarihi yere yürüme mesafesinde olması çok güzel. Ücretsiz otopark imkanı da sunuluyor. Fakat otelin bulunduğu cadde çok pis, bakımsız, aşırı kirli, kuyruk yağı ve sakatat kokusu hakim. Otelde asansör bulunmuyor. Banyoda su sıcaklığı dengesiz, ya çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk, düzeltilebilir. Otel biraz havasız, güzel kokulu deterjanlarla silmek lazım. 4 kişilik oda çok dardı. Dolap yetersiz. Kahvaltı standart açık büfe, 3. katta sunuluyor. Odadaki sallama çaylar paketli değil açıkta. Bu şartlardaki bir otel için ücret de fazla. Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olmasından kaynaklı olabilir. Mahmut beyin hizmeti ve güler yüzü hatırına 4 yıldız veriyorum.

Hotel bueno, céntrico y asequible Hotel céntrico, asequible y con calidad. El desayuno es excelente pese a su sencillez. El hotel es nuevo y algunas cosas todavía tienen que mejorarse.
