Double tree şanlıurfa hilton çalışanı Halide hanım ın ilgi ve nazik davranışı çok mutlu etti. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Her konaklamamda elinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyor, bununla birlikte resepsiyonda bulunan Remziye, Bilge Nur ve Zeynep hanımlara da çok teşekkür ediyorum. Konaklama ve yılbaşı programı satın aldık. Harika temiz bir tesis .İnanılmaz güzel yemekleri ve sade mezeleri ile batıyı aratmıyor.Tarihi lokasyonun içinde ve otopark sıkıntısı asla yok. Tesis o kadar iyi yönetiliyor ki ana kapidan girişten itibaren valenin disiplini ve yılbaşı partisine kadar bize eşlik eden yönetici son derece nezihti. Tartışmasız tekrar burda kalacağım.Roof terasta açık büfe kahvalti,temizlik ve yönetim 10/10.

Hasan幫我們很多,如停車場,洗衣,免費茶水。位置靠近中心。但是對設施有點失望,因爲我選擇有洗衣機的房間,但在我的房間裏找不到。

Hotel was in general terms ok and at a walking distance to the city center and museums. Restaurant was goog. Some staff would benefit a lot from improving their knowledge of English. The air conditioning in our room was not generating enough cooling. I referred it in the reception, but nothing changed. At the checkout, we wanted to buy an article they had on display on a glassed-door shelve. But the staff told me that the people who could open it would arrive at 7 PM only... This was translated via mobile phone, since they did not seem to speak enough English. I wonder today if they understood want I wanted... Not the most positive experience at a Hilton.

這是我們在土耳其東部之旅期間入住的爲數不多的真正豪華酒店之一。這家酒店的主要特色是前往亞伯拉罕出生地和游泳池的老城區的令人難以置信的便利。景色很壯觀。服務很好,房間很大,衛生間不錯,不知道爲什麼,但通常我們在整個E土耳其住的每個房間,房間都有問題,在這種情況下,洗漱台上面的燈被燒掉了。由於我們沒有住一個多晚,在漫長的一天旅行後,我們懶得報告。酒店的裝飾很棒,我們欣賞早上美味的自助早餐。我還要推薦酒店前面的酒店工作人員更熱情好客。
