Elevator broken had to go up 3 floors with a titanium knee. Hallways had air conditioner turned off. The room had AC off took hours to get below 80 degrees from 91. Lights in restrooms didn't work properly. Wouldn't recommend

Hallways hot, room hot, 2nd room was better. Broken toilet. My kids got stuck in the elevator and then was told that they need to control their emotions. This was after my youngest passed out and my oldest caught him in the elevator while they were stuck. At check in we had to wait to go to our room at 11:40 pm to make sure the room was ready.

Key cards kept deactivating. Had to get a second room as all the sheets were wet, not just damp. Fire alarm was wires hanging out of ceiling. Bathroom was dirty, shower was unusable.

Too many things went wrong from rate quote, had to try 3 different rooms to find one that did not smell or fail to have running water, key cards don't work on the first 5 tries.

Decent room at a decent price. There's has to be a minimum of 200 characters. Do I'm filling up the space. It was a nice room though. The area isn't the best. But the hotel was nice.☺️☺️

I’m a pretty cheap hotel guest, but I had to check out after the first night and got another hotel. Yes, I chose to pay for an additional hotel stay on top of what I already paid for 3 nights at this Super 8 rather than stay there another night. I should have believed the reviews about the bugs and the smell (it was so strong that clothes I didn’t even wear, including the ones I had in a plastic garment bag, reeked of it for days). Asking me to unscrew the smoke detector instead of replacing the battery was the ridiculous cherry on top.

The experience was not good. My room smelled like tobacco. The key card barely worked for the door. The breakfast was horrible, only bready and milky things and bananas which were completely brown. Don't expect to be able to eat anything if you are gluten free. The only positives that I can say is that the staff was nice, the room was relatively clean, and there are two good restaurants right next to it.

Hairs and something else in the shower…might have been a plug of dust. Fan in bathroom and ac was filled with dust. Roach powder in several places. Something like semen on top sheet on one of the beds. Waffle batter was soured. Only good thing is the man in the office was helpful, girl was NOT.
