I recently stayed at Home2 suite by Hilton and had a wonderful experience. The staff front desk yakeisha was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location of the hotel wa perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. During my stay at Home2 suite, I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping service. katrina was thorough and attentive, ensuring that my room was spotless every day. They paid attention to the small details, like neatly arranging my toiletries and replenishing supplies without me having to ask. The linens were always fresh, and the room had a pleasant, clean scent. Their professionalism and dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness made my stay extremely comfortable. I stayed for 93 nights. The stay was amazing! From Jeffrey to Yakesisha, to Jocelyn, and every other name that I can’t recall! The front desk, maintenance, management, and especially housekeeping were all ‘above and beyond’. They had just opened the hotel 2 weeks before I checked in. There were issues with the alarm system and generator (all problems that happened when the building was being constructed) that caused slight problems until they were fixed. The entire staff handled the issues with grace and aplomb. This establishment is one of the best places I’ve stayed at, and I will stay again!

My family and I have traveled for the last past 9 yrs. w/our job.I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Starting with a huge variety of breakfast options. Oscar and Ana greeted us every morning and always stopped to ask us how we were doing. They seemed to genuinely care about us. To the manager Jeff trying to always accommodate us! He helped us tremendously and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He even invited us to the hotels Halloween costume contest. The whole staff took a picture with our kiddos. They baked cookies and gave our children all kinds of goodies. They made there Halloween so special!!!! The front customer service desk staff is AMAZING!!! Jocelyn always giving me advice on where to take the kids to eat, parks, and places to go for vacation! If she couldn’t answer my question she would search for me! She is the kindest person and is amazing at her job! Tobias always telling us where to take the kids for fun! Katrina always calling kids by name and greeting us. Takisha, taking out stickers and coloring book for the kids to color. She bought the kids some toys. She even got them some candy. She always made sure to tell us good morning everyday. The kids loved her! Then Oscar even gave my son a stuffed animal for his birthday!!! It’s his fav toy! Ana and him kept everything so clean in the breakfast room and always greeted us. Then the cleaning staff is awesome they kept our rooms so cleaned and always made sure we had everything we needed to make us comfortable. We’re going to miss our little hotel family. The pool is very nice, it gave the kids something to do! We loved loved loved the back patio. They have a heater out there with two nice grills. Tables to sit at with lights gave it a nice ambiance!!! It was a favorite place to hangout at! This hotel is a must to see and a place to stay if your in Sanford. Go check it out you won’t be disappointed!!!

I am currently staying at this Sanford location since August of 24. This Hilton is not only brand new and super clean. The entire staff from the top with Mr Jeff are super professional extremely nice people. From the moment we wake up to get coffee. Tobias or Jocelyn always greet us with such positive happy good mornings to start our day. Then their extravagant breakfast is always on point. There we are greeted by Oscar and Andrea sure know how to make someone smile. This location is a must stop If you’re in the area! We just recently celebrated our 3 yr old Son’s birthday at this location. Oscar and Jocelyn even bought our son a bday Spider-Man. Catrina bought him a Dino. Thank y’all very much. I give them a five start rating 💯. Thank y’all for such an excellent traveling experience.
