Ideal location for central West Bromwich and with excellent road access to the motorway. Nice large carpark, with free parking. Room to the usual Premier Inn standard and it was nice to find the aircon had been put on before I arrived, esprcially given the windows don't open (hottest day of tye year so far).

I believe the stay offered excellent value for the price. While there was some ongoing renovation on the floor I stayed on, which caused a bit of dirt in the hallway, it didn't detract much from the overall experience. I didn't try the Wi-Fi, as my previous experience at the Premier Inn in Longbridge was poor, but my Lebara network was sufficient for my needs. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful two-night stay. The hotel's proximity to the city center is another major advantage – it’s just across the street from the New Square Mall, Odeon Cinema, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Additionally, it's not far from the Lodge Road Metro stop. All in all, it was great value for the price!

Location and facilities are very good. The staff were nice and enjoyed the room size. Only issue is that the WiFi is extremely slow but the offer a premium WiFi service....for a price 🙄. My overall experience with them was very enjoyable and I will recommend in the future.

The whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to come back and stay again very soon with thr family and do alot with the children around westbrom... everyone is friendly and kind never had a bad experience here its always been welcoming and outstanding ✨️ 😊

A warm welcome from a polite young man as we arrived at 01:56. The hotel we clean, warm and cosy. Only one this was disappointing, at breakfast they only served pork sausages and bacon with no alternative. Checkout was lovely easy and swift. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. The price was more than I expected but we chose it as we get a breakfast for a small fee.

The hotel was in a good location and the family room that i booked was just what i needed for my family of 4. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed and pull out bed was not too comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
