The double room was reasonably well appointed. The single room was not clean - power sockets were not working. The toilet is strangely in a glass box in the middle of the room. We arranged an airport transfer for 3 people from the airport. A Nissan micra arrived 15 minutes late for the pick-up. It was not possible to take three people and 3 suitcases because the car was too small. The hotel still charged full price for the transfer. Restaurant was suprisingly decent - the staff although friendly did not respond in anyway to complaints to help solve them. So we ended up checking out a day early. Much better options available - I will avoid this place in the future.

Several small things that eventually added up, but the main thing happened on the saturday night. We were the only guests in the bar, settling in to watch the rugby. We ordered hot chocolate from the lady with the braids. One of the servers from earlier in the day was singing the national anthem and we joined him. The lady present was so angered by this she started shouting and screaming. She seemed mostly offended that WE were singing the national anthem. I stood up and looked towards the back of the bar and saw what looked like her spitting into the silver milk jug. I was afraid and upset by her outburst so got my elderly mother back to our rooms asap. We packed our things and left the following day even though we had paid for two rooms for an additional night. What an awful frightening experience.

Very professional and friendly staff. Keep it up. Rooms were kept clean all times. Can we please have microwave even on the single rooms. TV Stations should be improved in terms of the variety of channels.
