Chambre superieure demodee avec moquette et salle de bain sombre. Tout est vieux.Tres grand balcon mais vide ! Meme pas 1 chaise ! Porte fenetre qui ferme mal. Vue sur rien : sur les autres batiments. Excellent petit dejeuner. Rapport qualite/prix mauvais

I received the worst reception from one DanielaG. Not sensitive to the fact that I was a solo traveler and gave me the farthest room even though there were superior rooms available closer to other amenities, which I had paid for. Thank God one Siyabonga and another lady came to my rescue and had me allocated another room. My checkout experience was also the worst with the same DanielaG. Not the best person for front desk and dealing with foreign clients🤦🏾‍♀️ The Kelsey restaurant staff and meals were pleasant always as well as all the other staff, but my bad reception set the tone for my entire stay 👎🏾

Stayed here many times and for many years. Staff great, as is the restaurant. Hope we get back again!

The service was excellent as usual however, the problem was with the cleanliness of the room. Just to name a few challenges; the bath was full of hairs on day one. The bathroom area was full of dust. The balcony was very filthy & there was no sign of it being ever cleaned.

A rather overdue review, but good service is never forgotten. My stay during a work conference was nothing short of extraordinary. I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious suite that exceeded all expectations. The spaciousness, elegant finishes, and attention to detail made for an exceptional experience. The hotel staff were outstanding, displaying genuine warmth and a commitment to ensuring a perfect stay. Every interaction, from check-in to housekeeping, was characterized by professionalism and attentiveness. A special Thank you to Mr. Bilal Essop and his team for going above and beyond to enhance my stay and that of my team.

The Business lounge was not working. The check in took 45 minutes. Printers not working. Booking appearing with central reservations but not appearing with hotel. The overall check in experience was very poor and hotel did not have working facilities

It feels like a business hotel. Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, safe parking, free shuttle to shopping mall, friendly service, good dinner in the in house restaurant. Nothing to complain about.

I had a great experience with them. Free shuttle service to Sandton city, their quick intercoms response. Every where is so clean and their staff are so polite, friendly and competent. I’ll rate everything 💯. They beat my expectations and made my holiday experience in South Africa so stress free and Fun. I’m going back in December.
