桑頓太陽與塔(Sandton Sun and Towers)

Hotel muito bom, mobiliário um pouco antigo mas bem cuidado. Funcionários atenciosos, muito hospitaleiro. Ótimo café da manhã. Junto ao shopping o que fica muito fácil e seguro. Adorei a estada.

I have never stayed in a hotel that every box was checked excellent. The ladies in the restaurant were amazing to see every time I visited, housecleaning was first class, the desk people at reception from the time I arrived to the hotel until the time I checked out were first class. I have traveled to more than 100 countries and have never encountered this level of excellence. Our company will use this hotel for all of our teams traveling to this area. The last comment is the manager was engaged. He was making sure his customers were satisfied and was very pleasant to work with.

The housekeeping was all done by the daytime, but every night there always another one came to knock door and asked for housekeeping, disturbed me a lot! There was one nihgt she knocked while I was showring, I said "no need housekeeping" but she just open the door and that I had to put on towel and asked her to get out!

I was part of a group who ended up staying at 5 different hotels in Johannesburg. They all had negative experiences. Mine at this hotel was excellent. Oh... Don't miss their breakfast. It is GOOD!

Great hotel to stay in. Very well located in the heart of Sandton ,a few steps from Nelson Mandela Square. Friendly check in team and room service. Also attached and connected to the Sandton mall. Loved the breakfast. Thanks to our waiter Timothy.

the property is good and staff are great but there is this silliness of booking three adults becomes 2 adults with 1 kid as a result you get this family room on the 10th floor right above their deck restaurant and each night there is booming music ... we did not sleep at all for the entire stay .. Beds are tooo small and two people cannot share easily, pillows are old and tired and soooooo uncomfortable All in all the place is nice if you dont want to sleep

Moved me to different adjacent property as they were overbooked…..repeatedly telling me I had booked that particular hotel. Property was old, in need of renovation, poor service. Insisted I pay cash for room service, and could not charge to my room.

I liked the convenient location next to the mall. We had a great time moving back and forth enjoying the shopping, visiting the sites and swimming in the pool. The best thing about the property are the people who work there. They are helpful and work hard to make your stay pleasant. The wait people in the restaurants are fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel for weekend visits or for conferences.
