The hotel location is excellent. It is within 15 minutes reach, by car, to the airport and down town. There is a wide range /types of food and cuisine close to the Hotel. Above all, the persons--in-charge of the Hotel are very friendly and helpful. Tracy, Daniel and their delicated staff had made sure that we felt at home during our stay. I am happy to recommend anyone who visit Sandakan to stay in Hotel Prima.

Small issues on getting in to the room as the hotel uses qr code to unlock the door, and the boiler seem to take a while to heat up before it's water is warm enough for a shower. Other than these, everything is good.

飯店離市中心有點遠。房間很乾淨，床很舒服，工作人員很有禮貌。由於押金問題，我不得不去中心尋找兌換處。而山打根只有兩家這樣的餐廳。提前儲備現金

房間很乾淨，人也很友好，只是條碼系統不太好。有時我進不去，更糟的是我找不到我的房間，因為它說儲藏室比 d 房間號大。至少可以覆蓋房間號碼更大的d字

Nice place to stay while awaiting for your next trip. Near to many restaurant. The owner also practically available almost whole day. Clean room and hallway. Worth the price 🤭

Sini sangat best kalau nak tenang.. memang langsung x bising.. boleh berehat dengan tenang. Bilik pun cantik dan luas
