Credo sia uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. È un hotel a gestione familiare, pulitissimo, vicinissimo al mare e al centro di San Vito. Letti comodi, colazione con torte fatte dalla nonna, paste di mandorla e cannoli. La signora Giovanna, così come la nipote sempre disponibilissime. Eravamo in una quadrupla con balconcino. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Only one good thing to say about this place, the rooms are clean ( at least mine) for the rest, horrible staff, showers so small that you have to leave the door open so the bathroom gets flooded every time, no real toilet paper, in place you find the same paper they use at the coffee counter very rough ( highly suggest you bring your own toilet paper) the towels and lines don't get change , i had to ask for fresh towels, the AIRCO is a joke, you can't count on it, the description mention a bar but there in's one after breakfast, at the front desk nobody around but a very unprofessional young girl that i think is the niece of the owner. My experience started bad when i checked in at 9pm and before a welcome i got, i was not expecting anyone at this time, your reservation is not in the system, i was coming for a long flight from california and i was not happy, after that the receptionist found my reservation that somehow was not recorded but she mention another problem, while i am standing there with my suitcases, the room i have will be needed for somebody else so i will have to move into another room. on top of that, i was not ask to show my passport or any document, they just didn't register my arrival - overall the lack of customer service made the first day not the best. After that i always found the lobby closed, with the lock that needed multiple giggles to work so when you were coming back you always had to wait outs in the heat because the door was not working, and if you would call for help absolutely nobody will show up - during the stay i notice how the staff got more arrogant day by day, they don't seems to care for the business. Last day the checkout another nightmare, i had to leave my room at 5;30 am to get a ride to the airport, even tough i had mention my early departure to the staff, they left the hall dark, from desk dark, no elevator so i had to drag the suitcases in the dark risking to fall down the stairs, i asked the young receptionist a cold coffee the evening before to drink in the am prior departure, she said sure i will leave it in your room, did you see that ? i didn't - overall this place is bad, only good thing is location but there are many others on the same streets much better and cheaper. The owner and staff treat tourist like a nuisance, they don't even act apologetic - very rude, I would not suggest it to anyone,
