Room very small like a walking closet, extremely hot NO AC, with only an oscillating ceiling fan, bathroom hallway shared with other people dirty and with wet floors, if going out to leave room key with them, not able to arrive after 10:00 pm, front door locked, visitors only to stay certain times in the day.extremely dissatisfied and disappointed never ever to comeback.

Breakfast was $8. Hotel had many rules. In by 10 pm or you are locked out for the night. Doors open at 6am. Hotel not close to restaurants or stores. Hotel old and outdated, was not worth the price. In a ok part of town but i would not want to go out at night. Its more like a monastery with their rules than a hotel. Luke warm hot water and i got electrical shocked when i went to move the plastic shower head. No gfi’s. This is not a hotel you want to stay out because of their rules. Who is the customer???

Amazing! All the staff super friendly! Very cleand and great location (very peaceful)). A gem inside the city. I canme for work and was a great choice since it was close to everything I needed. Besides, there are the best pupusas in town right next to the hotel…
