Only 30 minutes late to check out, and they’ve charged me for 59 dollars, also no hairdryer, cups, laundry service… Not conveniente at all… Never choose this hotel again. Similar price with Hilton yet way worse service

Nos hospedamos 1 noche y cenamos en CH. Vista espectacular, políticas de restaurante absurdas…servicio de descorche no disponible con carta de vinos muy muy deficiente, no recomendable.

Nel mese di giugno ho avuto il piacere di visitare il centro storico di San Salvador. La curiosità di fare un aperitivo nella struttura sì e rivelata un disastro! La struttura è carina ma manca nei dettagli sia nell' arredamento che nel personale.

The hotel is nice and clean but they need noise proof walls and windows. The centro historico area has music sounding 24/7 pretty loudly and I just couldn’t sleep. They messed up and double charged me for the room, but they corrected it right away. What I didn’t like is that they told me “we canceled the double payment from our side, but if it doesn’t go through we are not responsible “. That’s wild to say to anyone. They need a wow factor. Either they improve their continental breakfast or provide a complementary drink to your guests.

So I’m currently planning my trip to El Salvador, but I wanted to create a trip advisor page before I left so that I can start reviewing my interactions and just my experience. The staff is really polite, and quick with providing service. BUT, they are limited by the company's rules and they are charging for anything that we might request. Things like early check-in or change of date. It is within their right to charge additional feed, HOWEVER, I made the same requests from Real Intercontinental San Salvador, and they blew my mind. They Real Intercontinental said "not to worry, and they will not be charging us for early-check-in and that going to them is like going to family". So yup no charge from which I think is the right thing from a higher caliber establishment. El staff esta my bien y muy educado, PERO, el hotel cobra extra por cosas como early-check in o el cambiado de fecha. Ellos tienen derecho a cobrar, por supuesto, pero cuando hice cambios similares en el Real Intercontinental San Salvador, ellos me dijeron "no se preocupe, nosotros no cobramos por eso, usted biene a quedarse en familia", y eso me dejo impactad, y pes demuestra el alto calibre que tienen.

So yup, Cardedeu gets a 4 right now, just because Real Intercontinental has a higher service level.
