Very comfortable residence, 4 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Sanremo, 7 km from the centre of Bordighera, 7 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (25 x 12 m, depth 120 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bicycle rental 1.2 km, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Teatro Ariston 1.5 km, Piazza Bresca 1.7 km, Villa Ormond 900 m. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Obligation to wear bathing caps. "casa Fiorita", 1-room apartment on 2nd floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 double sofabeds (160 cm, length 200 cm). The service from Ylenia was excellent and the property presented beautifully clean and well equipped. The views from the spacious terrace were exceptional.
It would have been nice if there was a little softer lighting in the room for the Autumn/Winter evenings, the centre lighting was little stark. A few table lamps would make all the difference.
I felt the notification of check in details from Inter-Home were a little late only the day before arrival, I would have preferred to have them earlier.
Most of the information I received from Trip.com was not particularly useful and geared more to Hotel accommodation, I do not think I would use Trip.com again.
