Muy bonito el hotel, el servicio muy bien por parte de todo el equipo!!!! Si regreso 😎!!!

definitivamente esta sobre valorado. La limpieza de los cuartos no es buena. Falta mucha disposición en el personal, no hubo agua en la mañana del 31 y la respuesta de la gente fue muy mala. Hay mejores opciones de hoteles en San Miguel!!!

Todo excelente!!! Super servicio, instalaciones geniales, todo padrísimo. La única área de oportunidad sería la cama, muy chica y las almohadas tampoco están bien.

The service at all the restaurants was very bad. Welcoming service and help desk were very good, but the overall experience is not good taking into account long waiting times (45 minutes for a guacamole & fries) or them pushing you to consume the brunch when continental breakfast was included on the price, hence offering a bad service because of not paying their preferred option. Oversold

El hotel está muy bonito, su restaurante muy rica la comida. Poca luz en el cuarto solo ese detalle

Hermoso hotel desde donde sea que lo veas, está un poco lejos del centro, pero es súper conveniente el transporte que tienen para llevarte

Tuvimos in problema con el cuarto la 1a noche pero resolvieron muy bien y nos trataron excelente

Al lado hay unos gallos que te despistan 5 am

Beautiful property. The people were incredibly nice and taxis were easy to grab and affordable to the center of town. The rooms were very nice. The bed was a little firm. The pool was in the middle and it was too awkward and a little cold to swim. Also there is no hot tub, which would have been nice. The restaurant on the main level is nice and more affordable. The upper rooftop is breathtaking and the mussels were delicious. The view is incredible but the prices were much higher. Overall it was a really good hotel. It also has a service to pick you up from the airport, which was very helpful. The nicest people are there!
